Poor service even worse customer service, have called 2x and written 4x requesting a propane delivery that is on contract. My propane tank is about to run out, less than 2% remains. They claim they cannot tell me what day of the month they will deliver the propane i paid for. Terrible company.

Terrible service! 3rd time this season that we ran out of propane and we are on automatic delivery.

Irving is a failure. Failed to deliver on automatic delivery. Lied to me about when they would deliver. Told me that the service calls following the run out they caused were no charge, like it was a favor, when they caused the issue. Will be changing companies after this year.
