Went in for a quick wash. Used my card to pay for the Monsoon $18. Processed my card no problem, gave me a receipt and told me to enter the wash. Absolutely nothing happened. No soap no water nothing! Called the number on the receipt. Disconnected. Called the number on the door a couple of times now and left voicemails. No response. Emailed a few times as well and no response. I just want my $18 back! Will never go back. Very bad way to run a business!Edit: over a month later still no response!

I went to Jet Stream for a quick wash. Paid $18 for the Monsoon using my card. Took my payment no problem then nothing happened. No water no soap...nothing. Called the number on the receipt. Disconnected. Called the number on the door twice now. No response. Also emailed a few times with no response. Will never go back to this location. Definitely not a good way to run a business!

One bay didnt work but wasn't shut down. The other bay worked until I tried to leave and couldn't because the exit door would not open. These used to be nice, but they are no longer taken care of very well.

I have been disappointed with other car washes in the area not getting my whole vehicle clean, so tried Jet Stream for the first time. I had taken a long trip. My car was a mess from all the salt, but couldn't get it washed right away due to the sub zero weather. A week later I went to Jet Stream. I got the minimal to get the salt off. My car looks brand new!!! I will go there again!

Really impressed, I am pretty fussy about getting a good car wash. Other car washes miss this little strip right under the rear spoiler on my car, but this one didn't! And my wheels were so clean!!! I'll be back for sure!

Terrible job if I can’t polish my black truck out from the damage caused by the high pressure leaving lines in my paint from the high pressure shakes my whole truck I’ll be contacting them for sure

Pretty decent , for 18 bucks ,I wished it would of rinsed off the soap better , And it seemed rushed , overall Great shine ,NO Damage noticed....Wish Prices were a bit better ...

Great option for nicer vehicles as it is touch free! The wash and wax was good and the undercarriage spray. I see it will be under new management soon so I think that will help a lot of the negative concerns that others have listed prior

I dont usually post one star reviews buuuut don't come here to vacuum your car. Put like $3 in quarters in and the vacuum doesn't start. So annoying.Service: Vacuuming

Closed my mirrors as requested and didn't have a trailer hitch - yet after rinsing and covering with soap- the module went to the left corner and it started beeping and the exit garage door opened! There's no one there and you can't reset the unit! So I drove home with a soapy truck! I called the number and the guy started to say that I did something wrong! No- it's a POS! It doesn't have any guides and is very small!!! Don't use this wash! I give them 1 star because you have to! They don't deserve that!

I paid for a car wash and got a re empty. I entered the car wash as instructed and although the mechanism activated, no solution was applied to my car. The dryer worked however. I contacted them for a refund and never heard back.
