Staff at the dealership were very, very helpful and not at all high pressure. Richard Johnson was especially helpful and patient since it was the first time in 40 years I hadn't had my husband's assistance choosing a vehicle. I love my new/used car and even if I have questions that might, to others, have obvious answers, I am treated with respect. Thank you Richard, Carl and Lovering Volvo!

I recently visited Lovering Concord for annual maintenance on my 2012 XC70 Volvo. As always, John Reilly greeted me at the service desk with a smile. I’ve been taking my Volvos to Lovering’s service center for many years, and John has always taken good care of me. So grateful. I have nothing but praise for Concord’s Lovering service team.

Lovering Volvo was recommended to me by a friend, I'm glad I took their advice. My salesperson, Steve Catt, was super helpful in getting me to drive home the exact car I wanted. Everyone else is also incredibly friendly. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Lovering Volvo.

We purchased a 2017 V60 from Concord Volvo, and they even kindly offered to pick my girlfriend up to bring her to the dealership to finalize the transaction. The problems ensued when nobody contacted her about the pickup time and they showed up nearly three hours late, after telling us they'd be there around 9 am. After child care arrangements were made and a half day of work was missed, the car was purchased, with a cashier's check, no financing necessary. Upon our mechanic inspecting the vehicle, it was clear that it had been in an accident due to the right fender being painted and replaced, as well as the hood being repainted. Also, both sway bar links were deemed unable to pass inspection, the brake rotors were rusty and noisy, and the right front door was coding and not working properly. Now all of this is fixable, however, when we spoke to the salesman he went out of his way to avoid responsibility, did nothing to attempt to remedy the situation other than saying they'd take the car back and refund us. Did they offer to work with us on another car? No. The salesman even went so far as to complain about being a 74 year old man who was "low on the totem pole" and referred me to the sales manager. The sales manager Jon(sp?) refused to initially acknowledge that our mechanics' concerns were valid, and when I pointed out that the salesman had boasted that the car had been serviced by Volvo for the last few years, he didn't want to acknowledge that the accident should have been reported to us. He also refused to have anything fixed, saying his service department passed the vehicle for NH inspection. Ironically, he then stated that due to the issues we brought up through our mechanic, he would probably be wholesaling the vehicle. An incredibly confusing scenario: refusing to fix or agree with another mechanic, but trusting him enough to wholesale the vehicle upon return? We then contacted Carrie, who also did not offer to help and simply responded "yeah" several times when hearing our concerns. Obviously this car wasn't a priority to them, or our purchase wasn't. I'm not sure which, but it was every single stereotype about a used car-buying experience wrapped up into a few lousy days.Long story semi-short, Lovering never offered to help us find another vehicle, not once. We cut a 22k check and for them, simply giving us our money back and saying "oh well" after a 5 hour round trip was their definition of customer service. Extraordinarily disappointing, considering their reputation. Perhaps we're the exception, but I know I'll never purchase a vehicle from them nor recommend anyone else do so.Avoid Lovering, find another dealership that works to find solutions, not throw their hands up in defeat.

I recently purchased my first Volvo at Lovering in Concord. Our sales rep, Steven Burrill, was very helpful in executing this purchase. Not having bought a used car since I was a teen, I had lots of questions about warranty coverage, etc. and Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. A minor concern after purchase was immediately addressed and scheduled for repair, with Steve making the arrangements himself! Very helpful.

Went to Lovering Volvo in Concord to test drive a XC90. Walking into the dealership was very welcoming and had a calm atmosphere. We met with salesmen Steve Catt. He was fantastic. We didn’t feel pressured and he answered all our questions. He was very upfront and honest with us. We purchased a 2023 XC90. This is our first Volvo and we are loving it. The whole buying process was easy, Thanks to Steve and Karl.

After visiting a couple Volvo dealerships with less than satisfactory outcomes, I called Lovering Volvo of Concord as I live in Chichester, NH and spoke with salesman Richard Johnson. I was particularly interested in a Volvo S60 located at the Nashua location. Richard was able to get the car from Nashua to Concord within a couple hours as it was most convenient for me to see the car in Concord just after work. I had a price in mind that I wanted to pay for the car and Richard along with the sales management team at Lovering Concord made it all happen. NOT ONCE did I feel pressured into buying the car, the warranties, service packages, or any of the extras offered. This was truly the most relaxed car buying experience I have ever had. The people at Lovering Volvo are the farthest thing from your typical "used car salesmen" experience. The entire process was smooth from start to finish- I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, with the warranty I wanted. To be quite honest, I don't know if I'll buy a car anywhere else in the future. Richard was one of the kindest and most sincere gentlemen I have yet to meet. I can tell you that I will randomly stop by this dealership just to say hello to the great people that work here, like Richard and Karl. Kudos to the owners of Lovering Volvo for maintaining such high quality people at their dealerships who truly care. Do not hesitate to buy a car from these people.- Anes

The service department at the Volvo dealership in Concord NH is excellent and although customers do not come in contact with the technicians we rely heavily on the service advisors. I have been fortunate to have had Rene on my last two routine services. She is extremely knowledgeable and customer focused. It is a good feeling to know that I am well taken care of and rely on her advice.

Their service department is top notch, the best out of any car dealership I’ve ever seen. Rene and the rest of the team do a great job, and truly take care of their customers. The service we have received here has made owning my wife’s S60 a real pleasure!

He listened to what we wanted and immediately brought us a car that was what we were looking for and well within our price range. The entire process from looking and test driving to completing the purchase was made easy by everyone at the dealership.

I moved to New Hampshire from Connecticut about nine months ago and have had to have my Volvo S60 serviced for routine maintenance and new tires at Lovering Volvo. The service there has been outstanding and the service staff is very nice and helpful! It’s a pleasure to bring my car there.

Lovering Volvo Cars Concord Reviews for Adam:We appreciate Lovering Volvo and their all around quality care and customer service approach. During our recent service appointment Adam has been most helpful in the process: from identifying needed maintenance items, easy scheduling and performing quality service, he has been most knowledgeable and courteous. The cost estimate was accurate and schedule on time. Receiving a loaner vehicle and a loyalty discount made us smile. We’re grateful to be in good hands!
