Not happy , cant get a copy of my life insurance policy. They want 25 Dollars, i have been paying for ovr 50 years. And was promised a call back NEVER GOT IT!!!

Very dishonest scammer. This shady agent sold fist time homeowner a policy almost double the market rate while proclaiming multiple times that it was the best affordable policy. Then 1 month later in June, when I changed policies to an agency that offered a policy at 1/2 the cost of the original policy, I requested a refund as is standard practice. However he held onto my refund until September. Insurance agents are required by law to return refunds immediately but apparently for this agent he assumed his practice was above the law. Buyer beware with this shady agent.

Chris works hard for me. When I made a claim he reviewed the circumstances and helped get another $800 that I was not aware I could claim. And that was just what he did with a 10 minute phone call. He called me to check every few days until the claim was settled to my satisfaction. I'm glad to have Chris on my side. He helps smooth the way through the insurance company bureaucracy.

Chris did a great job of working with me to do a full insurance review. After some investigation it looked like my motorcycle insurance was going to be the biggest win to go with Met Life. Chris is professional and thorough and I'd recommend him for all of your home/auto/motorcycle insurance needs!
