I would honestly give -5 stars if it gave me the option. I got a phone through Metro 6 months ago, and it hasn't worked for at least two months, I have had every issue in the book with this phone. I work for Verizon so I know ONE, how to do all the same trouble shooting which I have had to do numerous times, and TWO, how customer service SHOULD AND SHOULD NOT BE/ACT. I went to the store in concord and the lady working there didn't have the SLIGHTEST clue what she was talking about. Told me to call 611, which I've also done numerous times, and they say to go INTO A STORE. They tell me I have insurance but it doesn't cover anything, then tell me I don't have insurance, then tell me I have insurance on the phone, like NO KIDDING I KNOW, BUT IT APPARENTLY DOESNT MEAN ANYTHING. I have never experienced such poor customer service from every store, every rep and every department ANYWHERE BEFORE. I can tell you that I will be switching my carrier and advising anybody and everybody to avoid metro.

My phone had been acting wonky. Drove across country from Las Vegas. Dropping my voice in the middle of conversations, disconnecting, sometimes talking when it was off! And more. MOHAMMED to my rescue! He not only fixed it all, but taught me how to do it. He had me write it down as he did it. He said driving state-to-state, I needed a network reset, app preference reset, & deleted any malicious apps. He gave me more info than any other Metro employee ever had. He was so helpful, professional, knowledgeable and deserves a raise. Seriously folks, I've been in many Metro stores, certainly in Las Vegas, and this guy is good. He was also training another employee at the same time. You gotta keep this guy. Thank you, Mohammed.

THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF ! My cell phone got shut off for no apparent reason. My bill was paid. I went into the store and they asked me to give them a credit card and wanted a restoral fee plus one month in advance to turn my cell back on ! Then they gave me a brand new number which I never requested and said they could not give me my old cell phone number thus causing me to have to contact all my contacts to tell them I am switching cell phone companies. THIS PLACE IS A SHADY FLY BY NIGHT LOCATION ! It is privately owned by a guy named ANKIT KUMAR. I am suing not only him but the agency as well. He claimed it was a corporate issue to try and avoid the courts. Also will be contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU as well. They don't even conform to their operating hours posted on the front door. DONT GET FOOLED. THIS PLACE WILL FIND A WAY TO RIP YOU OFF. My bill was paid. I will be suing them for PUNITIVE damages, court costs, and time off from work. This is all over $65.00 dollars which they are refusing to give back to me. By the time I am don't with this rogue MetroPCS location, they will wish they did not rip me off !

I just came to look at phones and change to t mobile and it says they are open 12-6pm on website but they are definitely not open.

I went to the Concord Metro location when my old phone stopped accepting calls. I had my past LG phone for 4 years and it was time to renew. I had no clue what Metro Mobile carried in stock since it had been so long since I had to buy a phone from them. Mohammed, the store employee was simply Amazing when it came to explaining all of the phones they carried that would meet my needs and he took his time to show me in detail the specific comparisons between what phones were offered. He made the experience fun and stress free and made my decision very simple. I was initially bummed out that they no longer had the LG brands but he put my mind at ease when he showed me the similar specifications and features of the new Moto phones. I'm super happy with the phone he sold to me and he went above and beyond to help me set it up. He is a real gem of an employee. Super friendly and knowledgeable young man. Highly recommend this location especially if you are lucky enough to have him on shift.

Forced to purchase a case and screen protector and activation just to get the upgrade on a second choice phone.The wrong case to boot as they had none in store.

Emmanuel refused me to let me buy a new phone, when mine is completely broken because it's a metro phone, because I have a medical exemption to not wear a mask. The employee yelled at me, berated me, and told me that my disability doesnt matter in front of my 2.5 year old son. He also called the cops on me. Refused to give me any corporate information or anyone to contact about the problem. He told me to "google it". The cop also refused to write me a police report. They will be hearing from my lawyer ? will never go there again and now have to change my service provider because he is the only metro dealer in Concord.

We had to travel over two hours to get here just for the doors to be locked and no one to answer the phone no sign on the door staying they will be back or anything online says there open till 7pm n the door say 6pm it's only 3pm like umm...hello anyone in there extremely disappointed !!!!
