Went in to get transfer paper thought I could find it on my own but nope I couldn't find it and was too stubborn to ask for help this lady worker came up and said I looked frustrated and I was. I said do you know if you have transfer paper or not she brought me right to it politeness does wonders.. I love this place I get most of my drawing stuff there

Everything i needed was in stock this time and they have new self checkout that were easy to use. There's not enough counter space if you have a larger order, though.

We needed a last minute frame made due to shipping damage with another company. Allison at the frame section was absolutely amazing, so helpful and made it happen, I believe they were over flowing with projects and really didn’t have the time to do it but they did! She saved the day!! I will now on get any frames or projects made here. If the corporate office happens to read this, give that woman a raise!! You just earned a life long client!
