My prescriptions are nearly always in stock same day. The pharmacy staff is friendly and efficient. Brendan tried to help a gentleman navigate his refill. He was so kind and helpful.

I like shopping at this location. The sale prices at Rite Aid are great. I needed help with the perfume and the associate was very helpful. When I went to check out, he ran a price check on an item I asked about. I always find what I am looking for here and the prices and sales help me budget. It's a fun store to just browse around in. I can always find fun and interesting gifts for everyone on my list. Keep up the great work!

Why have a drive through at the pharmacy if you’re not going to properly staff the pharmacy. Shouldn’t have to wait an hour in the drive through when the entire point of the store is to be a pharmacy. I will be using a different pharmacy.

The service was excellent. It's too bad that they haven't been receiving any products from a lot of their suppliers. And I find it insulting that people like fellow reviewer Max Acree call the workers lazy when they have no products to put on the shelves in the first place.

I’m not sure what’s happening with this store. Literal rows and rows of empty shelves in the food and snack isles. I’d say roughly 85% of their usual food and drink stock is totally GONE. Not even exaggerating. They just are not putting items on their shelf. It’s embarrassing , and I personally don’t even understand how the staff that work there are not profusely apologizing to every customer that comes in. It’s that bad. Are they not getting restocked? Are they just lazy? The place looks like it’s about to close down.

The Pharmacy is terrible! I have been back twice in four days and both times my prescription was not ready, but they do have it in stock. Last year it took them four hours to fill a prescription for my son who just had surgery. This has happened many times with this Concord Rite Aid store and I will never go back. Even my Doctor's Office said this is a common problem with them and suggested CVS instead. Will do!!

Pharmacies are my worst nightmare. Except this one. The staff at this location are fabulous and reasonable. They are kind and helpful and always get stuff ready as quick as they can. This location is awesome.

They should be out of business. You don't tell somebody your prescription's going to be ready in 45 minutes and they don't have it and they don't have it in.
