First time customer. I booked this appointment over a month ago. I received multiple confirmation messages including one the morning of my apptmnt. I live far so I woke up early and was ready to leave as I got a call canceling my appointment one hour beforehand. Talk about disappointment!!! I really needed this appointment!

I described exactly what I was looking for in terms of color, cut, and style and they worked their magic!
