If you were smart, don't take your vehicle into tire and battery at Sam's Club! There's nothing but a bunch of morons that work there. They don't know the difference between a wrench and a hammer. They should even be working on vehicles they probably could even wipe their ass correctly if they tried. You'll be wishing you didn't take it there. Nothing but a bunch of idiots.

Guess it's back to long lines at the Sam's Concord, NH gas pumps. They shortened the gas hoses so that you can no longer use either lane to pump gas. Now you have to watch empty gas pump spots and sit in a long line because the hoses will no long reach across your car. It was nice while it lasted.

This little slice of Sam's Club is greatly missed. On a busy shopping day, it has been an easy and affordable way to feed the family on the way out the door. Unfortunately with staffing issues, it has been a very unreliable place to enjoy a quick bite. The food was always tasty, predictable, and the price couldn't be beat. Pizzas, pretzels, hotdogs and sweet treats after a Sam's Club haul need to make a come back! I hope that it becomes more of a priority.

Convenient, but worth the health risks? You decide.

I think most people that go to Sam's Club are like cattle, I have gone there and found prices to be more than average, I don't get it?.

Very very rude managers, would recommend the drive to Hudson over this store any day. Employees walk away while answering a question, they don't bother to help younger people and follow young people around the store like we are all thieves.

I like Sam's club...BUT... The box of 36 taco shells I bought the other day had been opened. There were big grease spots on the inside lid. And only 30 shells inside! If you are taking returns of opened food then I am going to have to stop being a member !

If I could give Sam's club negative stars I would. I have been going there for years for tire rotations and to get new tires put on my vehicles, but this last time I brought in my new Volvo. Has less than 30k miles on it. The car is always in immaculate condition. I bring it in to get new tires put on and when I go to pick up the car, all 4 rims are chipped, scratched and dented. One rim is even broken and they tried to blame it on me saying it was "curb rash". The guys in the garage wouldn't help and pretty much shrugged it off like it was no big deal. We went to the store manager to pull camera footage and we were refused. Tried to claim it on Sam's club insurance and they refused as well. If you care about your car or anything nice. STAY AWAY. They are all liars and hacks.

Everything that they sell.

Worst customer services by employee and supervisors. They won't stand behind the work they did on car. Not even try to help. Its like you are on your own. Pay little extra somewhere else and get your car services and tire done somewhere else.

I went to Sam's Club this week and was greeted by a security guard (mask n**** who treated me like a domestic terrorist for not putting my mask on fast enough. I won't be going back.

Sam's Club is selling awful third party services - Go Configure in particular. I purchased my playground from Sam's Club only because assembly could be purchased along with the playground. They outsource the assembly to an awful third part company called Go Configure which does a terrible job in scheduling. My playground installation started a week ago. After two days of working half days, the guys left and left my lawn unusable. It's now a week later, I am calling every day, still trying to get them to come back and finish the job. I don't understand why Sam's Club is selling this service.

Not Costco. My rating has dropped from a 3.5 to a 1 based on a TV purchase. In a few words - Don't buy a TV here. I purchased a 75 inch TV only to learn after the purchase that Sam's Club does not deliver that size TV and does not install that size TV. That was the best part of my shopping experience. The TV had an issue. Getting service is now going on over a month. The management is great and most of the staff. The problem is product and service

I purchased tires for my truck and they destroyed my rims! Their recovery company denied the claim. They never notified me they damaged the rims but documented it on an unsigned receipt. I believe they have damaged the tires as I have to add air weekly. I am taking them to small claims court for damages....
