Very disappointed in the Concord branch of St. Mary's. I had been looking forward to a personalized, flexible experience but encountered the opposite.
Although staff were friendly, my attempt to refinance an auto loan was fraught with misleading application- requirement -information resulting in a very frustrating, 6 week experience - with no results.
Unfortunately I'm reconsidering my relationship with this bank.

Glad to have a bank so much closer to home. It still smells like new carpet in there.

So happy that they opened a branch in concord my who family banks with them and I will say that there the best credit union ever keep up the good work
