I always leave happy with my haircut and my stylist consistently does a great job.
Stylist: Wren consistently does a great job! I always have a dry cut and lots of layers and she does a better job than most of the high end salons where I've paid $110+ for a cut. I would absolutely recommend that you ask for her!

I don't have a ticket number or name of stylist because another stylist stepped in and said "You're all set, no charge". My son visited this Supercuts for a 1:20 check in. After being taken back to begin the cut, it was finished after an hour. During that time the stylist, cut my son's ear, kept asking reassurance from my son that the cut looked right as she was doing it, asked for helped from a stylist next to her to blend his side and then never actually blended the other side. The picture my son brought in was a longer on top (about 3 inches) and blended short on the sides. what he walked out with is not even an inch on top, one side where it is attempted to blend and the side with the part has three different hair lengths just at the part (one being considerably longer in the front). Though we appreciate not being charged, since we are now having to go get someone else to try and fix it this afternoon, it leaves us in a very difficult spot. He attends a private school that is very particular about uniform and appearance guidelines. We received another email reminding us that hair must be business professional and not too short. I am concerned we are going to be out of guidelines adherence once it is fixed because of how short it was cut. I know we weren't charged and can appreciate the stylist being new, she mentioned this to him several times, but it this stylist really needs more time as an apprentice or training

My hairstylist was Angela. She was such a pleasant lady. We had a wonderful conversation while she cut my hair. She did a great job and I am quite happy with how it looks.

I can’t say enough about how well we were treated today. I brought in an 83 year-old veteran who is heard of hearing, visually impaired, and wheelchair Bound. Wren Showed great compassion and patience with the veteran. She moved her salon chair out of the way in order to allow the veteran to stay in his wheelchair. Wren Took the time to listen to the veterans needs and gave him a great haircut. Thanks, Wren, thanks Supercuts. You guys are the best.
