  Update: went back into this store and realized it must be the goal of the store manager to progressively make this store look like a steaming pile of crap.

  -10 stars! This target is a dump. Not an employee to be found when I needed something that was locked up. When I eventually found an employee they acted as if they couldn’t be bothered. Carts of inventory blocking aisles. One register open. So depressing.

  Wow. The place is trashed and staff are walking around everywhere, not picking up the mess.
  
  I even told one employee there was a spill by the register, she responded it was just glue from something. Like it should be there?
  
  Hope they clean it up soon, it's difficult to shop here with the mess and clutter.

  Came in here at 8am, to pick up a few things after work as I regularly do. As I'm approaching the self-service check out lane, I notice a middle-aged, blonde haired, female employee staring at me. She told me that self service registers were "not on yet" & is assuring me she can check me out at her register. She repeated this a few times in a manner that felt like toxic positivity & therfore, condescending. She proceeded to claim that they usually don't "turn those registers on until 10am."
  
  This isn't nearly a big deal as it is an annoyance & overall, just strange. Not only were the registers ON with the usual displays, there was ONE register that had a 'closed' label. I frequent this store often at this time & have never known the self checkout lane to be "off" until 10am. Why lie about that? That coupled with the condescending tone made.. just an unnecessarily awkward interaction.
  
  I just got done working a 12 hour shift; I don't want to talk to anyone. I want to purchase my handful of items in peace, quickly, preferably unnoticed, & get out of there. To interrupt my invisibility, just to insult my intelligence by blatantly lying to me is so odd!!

  Get boxes and staff restocking out of the way of shoppers!! Can’t even get down some aisles because of boxes of inventory! Go back to night re-stocking, not during the busiest times of the day!

  Whoever the female employee is that used the front restrooms between 3:10pm-3:20pm should be advised to wash her hands after using the toilet. 🤢🤮

  I appreciate this Target location; the layout is more appealing compared to the one nearest to me in Keene and West Lebanon, NH. I'm a big fan of the Target app and the Circle deals, as they allow me to save a significant amount of money while shopping. The pickup options are also very convenient, and if I need to return something, I use the app for that as well. It’s one of those modern conveniences that I find necessary in my busy lifestyle.

  I would highly recommend a visit from someeone at corporate headquarters to this location. It is an embarrassment to the Concord, NH community. There appeared to be adequate staff during my visit but as indicated in other posts, clothes were thrown, very disorganized, stockpiles of merchandise, difficulty navigating aisles, etc. The employees appeared to be working but the aesthetics were deplorable. Please help us to get our store back in order, what a mess!

  The store was a complete mess. Clothes were tossed all over. Shelves were empty in some areas. It looked like an old fashioned bargain basement. The checkout lines were very long, including the self checkout. (Two self checkout stations were not working)
  The employees at the regular checkouts were extremely slow.
  The store wasn't dirty, but it looked like it had been hit by a tornado

  This target was a mess. There was clothing on the floor in nearly every aisle. The racks were loaded up so that if you took one thing off to look at it, other things would fall and people just left them there. I should’ve taken some pictures.
  The self checkout was OK, but there was only one person that was sort of helping and she had too much to do while the cashiers just stood there. I needed to have the security tags taken off the items that I purchased and it took a long time.
  Perhaps the rest of the store was OK but the clothing aisles were a disaster.

  This store is terribly run. Spent over 30 minutes in line. There is only one register open and the self check out is now 10 items or less. Staff stand around instead of opening other registers while the line builds through the store. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

  Target pharmacy in concord I realize is separate management but I wish they would be more informed and careful about answering questions with better communication and knowledge. I asked if they accepted my anthem debit card for over the counter products. The guy said yes like of course why wouldn’t they. I shopped and shopped for 90$ of stuff like vitamins lotion toothbrush etc and waited my turn to be sent to regular check out by the women pharmacist who was overwhelmed. Told me they accept just the same. I waited in line again checked out and couldn’t pay with the debit accepted. So I left all the stuff. Came home. Next day called anthem who told me target doesn’t accept their debit. What a waste of my time and energy!!!
