Considering how much staff corporate allows and it's not much everyone there is great and hard working. Some should think about when its pouring out, snowing, freezing, slippery and sometimes theres just one person spoiling you to make it easier on you. Think about saying thank you , if you cant be nice then go in yourself . For those who complain should work there a day and put your foot in there shoes. Dont just run your mouth saying this is what they get paid. Well atleast they are working and it's not much considering how customers can be extremely rude by leaving their manners at the door. Respect them please. I think returns and outside deliveries is wonderful, shoe side cant keep up with customers taking everything out and not putting back. Pretend it's your house or visiting a friend. Would you do that? Everyone on register's are doing their best with the staffing they are allowed. Once again, that's corporate. Not the managers there. They are better then Walmart in my opinion. Keep up the great work and remember you cant make everyone happy just yourself knowing you tried your best

This is the worst target lately . Everything is in the wrong place . I carried a weighted blanket all the way across the store because it was in a spot (with several of the same blanket) for 20.00. When explaining this to the checkout woman (older lady with a red haired bob) , she was so rude and very dismissive . The store is honestly a mess and starting to look like more of a Walmart than anything

The place was a shambles. The shelves were just thrown together. Not professional looking and lacked dignity and respect for the store and the customer.Resembled a rummage sale atmosphere. Dirty and disorganizedThe checkout was absolutely disorganized mess as well. Long line and waiting time was not what we the customer should be used to doing. And that was overheard many times. “This place is always such a mess…”While waiting in line the cashier flicked off light and said “I’m closing now. Move to the next line.” After we had been waiting in her line for approximately 10mins. Not good customer service. But then proceeded to let in another customer after we had moved on. Not a good look. People were not happyDo better target of Concord, NH. We frequent the establishment many times a month. But seriously considering going to another target location.

Bad manager with horrible customer service. For anyone using a digital gift card be sure to have the access code on you and ready at checkout. We were unaware of this which resulted in a rude manager who failed to properly explain the situation, the cashier was pleasant but the manger ruined the whole experience.

Do not buy anyone a gift card for the holidays or for any reason. There systems are having trouble reading the cards. This happed to me at two store’s Walmart and Target with three different gift cards. Cards were a gift, from reliable family members never used, and it would read $0. At least Walmart worked the problem out by typing it in manually. Either corporate is pocketing the money or I have the worst luck ever.

I just wanted to buy an IPad. A man with a beard, I didn't know if he was a manager or a security guard, had a very bad attitude. He interrogated me like a prisoner. I was confused by him. I couldn't believe that such a thing would happen in Target. .

The two Customer service counter staff I have encountered have such horrible attitudes. Working in the wrong field. Otherwise, target is great!

Typical big box store. Never very enough cashiers. Not much help on the floors if you need to find something in a hurry.

Always clean, quiet and have the items I want. They bring items out to my car when it looks bust. Awesome!

It's a typical Target.However, during check out at the self-check out line on 9/12/23 an employee looked into my bag of already scanned items and told me I couldn't take the pants hanger on my baby clothing item. I was confused- it was going to be a gift. So she rolled her eyes at me, told me that they cost $2.50 per hanger, and went into my bag of items I had already scanned and removed the hanger then stalked off. There were better ways to handle this. Even a "I'm so sorry, we're supposed to be keeping these hangers, do you mind if I take it?" would have been better customer service. Left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Every time I go into Target I encounter friendly, professional staff. The store is always clean and most aisles are free of clutter/displays. There typically are no boxes of merchandise that need to be put away in the way.

What a DUMP. First of all, there are carts left every where by employees, don’t ask me why because they’re clearly not stocking and DEFINITELY not cleaning up any of the areas!!! Every department is a total mess. It’s pretty bad when Walmart is a cleaner store in comparison!!! I used to love shopping here but it’s more of an annoyance. I would have liked to have purchased some planters today but between employees and carts the whole area was blocked. At a peak shopping time no less. Think I’ll pass on this store in the future.

Very friendly and well staffed. Associates actually asked if they could help. The team was angsts day the checkout keeping it moving and helping folks in self check out.
