I had a very poor experience at this TD bank location (Main Street Concord, NH).In resolving the estate of a recently lost family member - I went in for a "Medallion Signature" - necessary as a witness to certain paperwork - and which had been performed for my siblings at other TD Bank Locations.The bank representative didn't seem to know the details of the service that HE was supposedly certified to perform.He kept leaving the room to ask someone else questions (that person couldn't be bothered to join us and speak to me directly). The bank representative assigned to me, in addition to not knowing the service he was authorized to perform - didn't seem understand the answers he got from the hidden "expert".He said he needed more "documents" than the 3rd party package that I was provided (by the huge financial management firm that does a million of these every year) , but didn't know exactly WHAT he needed and couldn't provide me with any examples.When I advised him that another TD Bank branch performed the service easily just the week before - his response was "sorry" he was just "doing what he was told.My request to put him in contact with the other TD Branch that performed the service for a family member - 90 minutes drive away - was declined.He - and he hidden adviser - appeared to have no real interest in assisting me, and could not provide me with accurate descriptions or examples of their "additional requirements" so that I could be certain that I would not waste another trip to them.The financial services firm told me that no bank had ever asked for more detailed account information than what's provided in their package.The real issue was the significant apathy displayed in helping me resolve an already unhappy process.Since TD Bank has closed the convenient nearby branch we started with - and since the customer service culture seems to have deteriorated so much under current management (at least at the Main Street Concord branch) - perhaps it's time to find a bank with better service.It's not like we don't have lots of banking options nearby.

I’ve been questioned multiple times by staff for going inside the bank rather than using the ATM. In the name of “convenience”, customers are discouraged from going inside the building and interacting with a human being. I fail to understand the purpose of this, as there are so many reasons as to why this is wrong.

Trying to contact the Concord office for information, using the telephone number listed on their web site. Phone just rings. No cheery voice mail message. No human contact. Maybe you shouldn't pu list that number as your main contact if you want new business?

One of the best customer services from any bank.We had an online issue, and td bank notified me and stopped it before it became a problem.thank you to the women my wife spoke to at 2am and the bank them self with there support that afternoon.

Fun and friendly environment, nice ATM machines. Free pens that write beautifully. Nice and knowledgeable staff that make you feel like a VIP and appreciated. Excellent. Been with them many years now.

I went in to visit this location of TD bank and was truly blown away with the customer service I experienced. I met with a woman named Sue who went above and beyond to help me with every aspect and then some of why I’d come in. I felt so acknowledged and have it noted as my best bank experience to date!! Would definitely recommend
