“Thank you to Tim for helping me when I was stuck in a very precarious situation. We were visiting from out of town when my Tiguan started making suspicious noises from the wheel well. Fearful that the car wouldn't make it the six hour ride home, we looked up a local European garage in the hopes that they could help diagnose and fix the problem.Needless to say, Tim and the front desk employee went above and beyond to help out in oue time of need. I feel very lucky to have found such an honest and helpful mechanic in an unfamiliar area, where I don't know a single person!The shop quickly set to work finding the part we needed and began work immediately.
