Recommend staying here: YesWorth the price. Kind staff, room heat/AC difficult to achieve comfort. As with most Tru hotels there was no microwave in the room but you could wait in line in the lobby area and use the microwave there.

I was in the area for my graduation and the room was clean and spacious. It didn't have dirty carpet or old furniture. There were open shelves and racks which may not be for everybody, but it made the room seem cleaner. The complementary breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful and polite. I really enjoyed the stay.

Nice hotel that was ready to access. I had read previous reviews about the "shared" parking lot with the restaurant next door but didn't pay too much attention to it. When we checked in at 3pm there were plenty of parking spots and they were all labeled for hotel guests. We left and returned around 830pm and the whole lot was pretty full. At first all we could get was a spot by the restaurant but not feeling comfortable about it we pulled out and went around the other side. Luckily someone left and we took the last hotel parking spot. Pretty sure some of those spots were taken by some folks going to the restaurant and not staying at the hotel. They need to come up with some better solution. Lobby was set up efficiently and welcoming. Liked that they had a lit of area dedicated to guests just lounging around. Rooms were large, neat, clean and set up well.

Smaller room, tighter space, modern decor, and vinyl floors throughout the room. Located near highway but noise didn’t pose issues and good sound barriers. If you turned the thermostat in one direction or the other, even by one degree, it would change to heat/ac. Nice hanging for bags and open closet design. Lounge had some board games and game tables that were fun to hang out with. Good enough for one night, too small for more than that.

Well located property in Concord NH. Rooms are nice but smaller than typical. Good breakfast included in the rate. Great restaurant located right beside the hotel.

It's very good. Some B& B's, in Concord, N.H. area, were over 300 per night. Tru By Hilton was 183 for basic 2 Queen 3 adult room, with bfst. The best rate for the value in the area.

Cons- rooms were nice enough but underwhelming for $250/nt (!), more like an upgraded Motel 6 than what I expected from the Hilton. Shower did not work properly, could not set temperature separately from pressure, so you end up showering with very low pressure in order to not scald. Coffee (in the lobby only) not good and they only offer the chemical coffee mate creamer and pasteurized half and half, nothing nicer. No coffee in the room. I saw the manager’s response on another review that the rooms of a Tru are intentionally minimalist to get people out of the room to socialize in central areas. I’m not sure who wants to socialize with strangers at hotels, one benefit of a hotel is to have a quiet time to yourself in a nice, preferably equipped room, especially at a luxury hotel price. It’s not exactly a bed-and-breakfast. Could not adjust room curtains, they were on a remote control that I couldn’t find. Took awhile to get checked in.Pros- right next to a good restaurant open late, that was really nice. I came back from a business meeting at 9 PM and was able to walk over, get a good meal, and walk back. Beds quite comfortable, better than most hotel rooms. Room and hotel very clean. Nice toiletry products. Front desk clerk friendly enough. All in all I didn’t realize what the Tru brand was and that it’s not a normal nice Hilton, it’s more of a Motel 6. Would not stay at a Tru again.

The front desk service was friendly. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. I loved the Not Soap Radio toiletry products provided in the room. Breakfast had a good variety... pancakes, eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc. The kids enjoyed the games in the lobby.

The service at the front desk was unexpected. I have stayed in many Hiltons, this was disappointing.. After returning from dinner, I waited no less than 5 minutes without so much as a greeting, while I waited for her to finish her call. By the time she finished there were now 3 of us waiting. I requested a bottle of water, which was not offered at check in. I was asked for my honors status, which she then looked up and informed me that I do not qualify. She did it this time, but not again. I took the water and kindly suggested that she offer the other 2 guests water, it was the least she could do. For the record, I am Silver, I travel this area often on business. This is my first time at a Tru.

Be aware that if you check out early because of a family medical emergency, they will not credit you.Mom went into cardiac arrest and I needed to leave... refused to refund my last night. Will never book there again! Many fine places to stay closer into the city that are not in the middle of two major highways

Can't go wrong if your looking for an affordable place to stay. Service was great, rooms are nice and clean. There is a good breakfast. There's plenty of beverages and snacks available. Lots of eateries and brewing companies close. Easy on and off 93.

We've been bumping along the New England coast, visiting state capitals and staying at Hilton properties. I wasn't familiar with Tru previously but was quickly impressed with the service and feel of the location. It just simply has a vibrancy that other hotels lack. I also loved the hand wash flavor, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Really impressed by the branding overall. Breakfast was a treat! The beds were great. The pillows could use an upgrade but based on everything else, they are easy to forgive. The only other thing- I'm our room the shower door slammed and was quite loud. I'd pick Tru on purpose in the future based on my stay.
