****************UPDATED*******************One employee this evening came outside of the storefront and was outside. This employee was entertaining himself watching a homeless person, who he knew was mentally ill, experiencing a psychotic episode where this person was responding to internal stimuli in a vocal way. I have to say I really expected much better of this person. It also made it seem UPS tolerates this type of behavior; allowing an employee, in their work clothes, to be outside the front door of the store, openly laughing at a person having an unimaginable hard time. I cannot wait until my leave is up so I no longer need to step into this store again.**Please note, he was making fun of such homeless person to YOUR driver. I do not tolerate anyone making fun of another person clearly in a state of distress. But I guess this is “end of story” for you right?**I want to cancel my lease so I no longer have to tolerate hearing your employees making fun of another person. END OF STORY.

It was very clean inside n had P.O. boxes. It appeared to have everything you would need to mail a package or get a P.O. Box. The problem was that I overheard the gentleman behind the counter tell a customer if she homeless she couldn't rent a box. I mean really. We ALL can fall on hard times in our lives, and this wasn't asking for anything that someone else would. To me obviously she look homeless because he would not have spent a lot of time to answer all their questions. It was something at the of the conversation when they said, I don't have a new place yet as I am still looking but I want to get my mail. He said no we can't rent you a box without a address. I think the customer was so embarrassed, they just turned n walked out. What a shame. That makes no sense to me as that would be a common reason that many people wouldn't have a new address cause they were still looking. What about who travel all the time for their job. Their young out to see the world n don't want to waste money on an apartment. They would need a box, right? That's just my opinion. That is why the low score.

Service at this tiny UPS location is always good, though its parking lot is scary and dangerous, with spaces too tight and visibility often impaired.Especially tricky if one is handicapped and needs help getting packages to the door.

This place is NOT UPS!They should not call themselves UPS, since they are a franchise, and have NOTHING TO DO with actual UPS delivery service.They are not at all helpful, AVOID THIS STORE

I went there ONE TIME about 3 months ago & had the displeasure of dealing with "David" & his man-boobs. He is SUPER unfriendly & seems bitter & angry about his life. I could barely see his name on the badge as he was wearing it upside down, a real professional!Based on that one experience, I've never been back & I never will be.That guy should be fired immediately, he single-handedly ruined the whole atmosphere.

Good place before it gets busy. Convenient for amazon returns/drop offs.I always have strange interactions when David is there. He comes off as rude and has told us that by returning with the QR code from Amazon we are costing their company money.I walk in with a smile and end up running out of there.Everyone else is quick and to the point.I appreciate the business but I don’t need the conspiracy theories or to be told I’m doing something wrong. Weird behavior.

UPS delivered a package to correct address but wrong person. Returned pkg to the Concord store asking them to return and they said they did not want to handle! Hello - it’s a UPS package!!! Left it with them - today it was delivered AGAIN to our house. Thank you so much for customer service !!! We feel so very fortunate - NOT!!Full disclosure - we called UPS and scheduled pickup of package. So as my wife sat in the front steps waiting for UPS - our 15 year old grandson came home from school. He looked at the box and saw this odd name with our address and exclaimed it was his order! He used a fake name because he thought it was a “sketchy” website!! So UPS and Concord UPS were RIGHT ALL ALONG and I am eating a huge portion of humble pie! Once again - every time I make a judgement - I eat it within 24 hours.UPS and Concord UPS get⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I get zero! My apologies…
