US cellular is an absolute JOKE! My bill jumped up $20 dollars called and they needed a pin #, I don't know had this for 5yrs. Went in and asked why its so high Justin couldn't give me a straight answer. Said call customer service. Okay buddy. People switch to Verizon!!!

Rita is the absolute legend! She helped with all the bells and whistles and made sure I was completely perfect before I left with my new phone being patient with how the tech was and proving 12/10 customer service! While lowering my phone bill with an even better plan! Definitely go to her when you come in!

I recently decided to change my cellular service to US Cellular and buy 2 new iPhones in the process. I went to the store on Loudon Road in Concord, NH and must admit I was quite pleased. I was fortunate to meet with sales associate Joe S. who I found to be very polite, friendly and knowledgeable in subject material. He took the time to answer any questions I had about the product, plans and services provided. The iPhones I wanted were not available (as they were due to be released a week later), so I made an appointment with Joe to come in first thing in the AM the day after the phones arrived. That day, I met with Joe again and he set up the phones, transferred all data from my trade-in phones (no charge) and answered any additional questions I had regarding US Cellular service, my monthly bill, how credits were applied, etc. I was so pleased with my experience and interaction with Joe S. that I spoke with the store manager and shared my satisfaction. My experience at this store was extremely positive with a clean environment, friendly, helpful staff and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cellular provider.

I opened the door and before it could even shut behind me the woman working puts her hand up flat, facing me and rudely says "it's going to be at least 20 minutes" Her tone said it all. That is all I got from her, no hi, or welcome, how can I help you?, nothing. What if I just needed something super quick? Nope! Couldn't bother this woman! I needed a sim card, that was it, no help, I do it myself, it doesn't need special programming from their "techs". I proceeded to the shelves to see if by chance there was a sim there, no luck. I see another employee, a man, and said "I'm so sorry to interrupt you but all I have is a question, do you have sim cards for sale here I am trying to transfer to a new phone from you but the sim does not fit". He states "yes, but then we have to program it for you and it takes awhile and I am busy so...". You DO NOT need an employee to program it for you, and he was rude. Not as rude as his Co worker who "greeted" me though. I UNDERSTAND staffing is short, everywhere! Trust me, I get it, but don't be rude. I walked in very pleasant, and was treated badly. I didn't even say anything! I opened the door and she jumped at me with her rude mouth and hand! The hand in the air bugged me. US cell staff has always been rude, I remember as a kid being with my parents in the Concord store and they were never nice. It was a larger woman with dark hair working the first desk as you walk in yesterday (Sunday 1/23/2022). I had a super quick request and now I've switched networks just because of how I was treated by her. It doesn't sound as bad explaining it after the fact but when my mentally ill client even noticed her negative behavior...I know I am not overreacting. Please consider speaking with your staff that you actually can keep, the ones that show up, they are the only ones getting you business, reviews, etc.

7 year customer lost today. Went in with a broken phone and received worst customer service ever. Drove to Verizon and free s20fe 30 min later same number great folks.

I am so angry right now. We called the Concord store this morning because we were told from another store that they did not have a large stock of iPhones. We were assured by Ryan that this store had more than 2 in stock as long as we didn't care about the color. We told him that we did not care about the color. We drove 25 minutes to be told that "it's our fault because we didn't say that we wanted a certain color" and the other employee sold all of them. Obviously, he did he not look at the inventory.I have been a US Cellular customer for 15 years.This truly makes me question why I stay. Ryan, you owe us an apology. I heard the entire conversation earlier and you just lied. Good luck in sales.
