The new (er) staff is horrible! I was told my prescription is all set… as of today it’s now 2 prescriptions. They were not… and now I’ve run out of TWO prescriptions within a week of each other. I have CIDP… there are painful repercussions for not taking my medications on time. Now since I’ve had to change my prescriptions over to a grocery store I will have to be without my medication for 3-4 days!
🌟 Not only have you lost a 30+ year customer for all of my prescriptions $X,XXX.XX a month… but also all of the random products that I would buy while there. I’d say… probably to the tune of at least $500.00+ a month!
They have a poor sense of customer service. I’d have to say it’s nonexistent. Actually, I should thank them, the people who work for Shaw’s Pharmacy answered the phone within a ring or two. They have a friendly, happy & caring demeanor.

Recently, they “didn’t read it (my prescription) correctly“ resulting in a delay. When changing to a new pharmacy because of their poor customer service they would not forward my prescriptions over even after multiple requests. Staff tends to be very unfriendly. My insurance company was very interested in hearing this.

I've suffered 3 months of getting my medication 2-3 weeks late due to extra requirements as to why I need this medication. It has caused extreme pain and flare ups of my illness because I would have to go 2-3 weeks without my medication as Walgreens instituted extra hurdles to filling my prescription. I moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy because I was due for a refill and knew that Walgreens would delay my refill as they have for the past 3 months. I was in and out of my new pharmacy within 15 minutes, medication in hand, 2 days before my next scheduled dose. Maybe now I can finally start living and caring for myself and my family without a flare of my illness. I'm not in remission yet due to the actions of Walgreens withholding my medication but maybe now I can achieve remission and get back to living my life.

Would recommend going to an alternative Walgreens for medications. The Concord pharmacy is typically overwhelmed and unable to provide correct timing for perscription availability. For example, I had a refill slated for a Tuesday. I called to confirm availability on the perscription on Monday. I also called on Tuesday morning at 11 and was advised it should be available within an hour. I arrived at 2:15 and was advised the perscription had been filled but that the pharmacist still hadn't reviewed it. When I asked if anything could be done to expedite, I was advised they would try, but it would be at least another 20 minutes and no guarantee if I waited When I advised that I had called earlier in the day to confirm availability and that I live 30 minutes away, the pharmacy tech curtly reminded me that they just got back from lunch and were still getting caught up. They also had adjusted hours and would be closing at 5 and closed the following day. I will be switching back to the Hooksett location for medications, which is another 20 minute commute, and is open for fewer hours. The Hooksett location is more accurate with their perscription availability forecasting, and the pharmacy team seems to be more courteous.
Beyond of the pharmacy, the retail store has a good selection and there is typically quick movement through the check-out out lines. I would recommend the retail store for any typical convenience store goods.

We found the pharmacy at this location flags medications prescribed for any purpose, that could be also used for abortions. This pharmacy requires doctors to re-confirm the prescriptions every 30 days, despite this not being required in New Hampshire. This location is harassing women who are prescribed medications that could also be used for abortions, regardless of the reason they were prescribed, by causing delays in filling these prescriptions, requiring unnecessary "doctors confirmations", and imposing arbitrary limits on the amount of time a prescription can be filled for. These delays cause women to miss their medications and suffer pain and discomfort from the conditions those medications were prescribed to treat. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

Made a photo order of 1600 photos, order went through, store could not locate the order, called customer service, apparently orders more than 999 photos don't go through. They gladly took the money out of my account though! Poor website design and a waste of my time. Terrible communication between the website and the store. Will no longer give business to Walgreens! They clearly like to waste guests time and steal their money while not delivering the product!

You put up a sign that you open at 8am but it's 9am and you're not open.... not professional! Your automated system texts and calls me over and over to alert me it's ready and I show up several hours later to pick up the script and sit in a nice 15-20 minute long line to be whispered to by some kid in the window that the script isn't ready and will be around a half an hour or so. I already showed up for this same prescription twice in a day. Hire people because the understaffed issue is a real problem and it makes you look bad. Some people depend on these prescriptions as a life line and they deserve better. At least set up your system to reflect the actual status of the prescription filling process. You'll have less people in your line at the very least. I have always been a huge walgreens fan but not of this particular store location. You need to do better.

I have a prescription. The prescription needs to be refilled. I speak to a representative, who explains I need to call my doctors office because it hasn’t been reapproved. I explain that I will be going through withdrawal and will be in mental and physical pain for the remainder of the week if I am not helped. All they say is”Okay, well have a good night.”You’d think I was talking to a dollar tree cashier, not a healthcare worker. The lack of compassion is disgusting.

This is a really well stocked and clean store. With a good variety of each item. They run some really good sales as well as discounts for reward customers and only takes 2 minutes to sign up for right at the register.

Pharmacy manager (I won't name him) tried to tell me about his wife's medical history and how her insurance doesn't cover a medication so mine probably doesn't. Spoiler alert, it does when my script isn't messed up. I called because my prescription was filled wrong and the pharmacy should have been notified by my Dr about my prescription but they still dispensed incorrect medication to someone other than myself! They have my medication and requirements noted and still filled it incorrectly and told me it's not their fault and if I want my medication I'll probably pay out of pocket. Highly inappropriate and probably illegal to identify yourself, your family and share confidential medical information without consent. It was unprovoked and irrelevant. Where's the normal pharmacy staff? Very uncomfortable with this entire experience.

Would have given zero stars if I could. Had appointment for flu shot at 11:15, got there at 11:05 and signed in, I had registered online, there was no one in line. The pharmacist said, 'I will be with you in a few minutes.' A lady came after us, she was a walk in, no appointment. We waited and waited. She must have gone on her break. At 11:29, the pharmacist took the lady for her flu shot! We had the appointment and got there before her. At 11:38, she took us and it was very tense in that room. If it were really busy, maybe I could accept waiting but not today, this was just rude and inconsiderate. Will go to Rite Aid, even though it is a bit out of my way.
