So I walk up to the customer service desk as I have a return to bring in and I start the return and I have four items that I want to buy so I start to put them up on the counter and I say can I just pay for these here real quick and she looks at me with a really horrible attitude and says we are not supposed to do that here so I literally had to do my return there at the customer service desk where it says Our goal is to satisfy the customer and we're happy to help and I had to go stand in another line to get the rest of the service I needed not to mention all registers that are open are being run by elderly while the young workers are just standing around The absolute worst Walmart I have ever ever ever dealt with

Never been a Wally World fan. While I will admit to having some good experiences the negative ones far outweigh the good. I do like the large assortment and their prices - and have no issues with their store brand - but have often - with a few exceptions - found their customer service to be either rude, condescending, or non existent. Trying to find an employee who is even close to competent to help is nearly impossible. My SO is much more patient and tolerant than I am so I usually let her go in while I wait in my car... if I can't convince her to go to Market Basket!

Yesterday was my last time going to this Walmart. As I walked in, the greeter at the door was picking his nose, then wiped it on the front of his shirt. I thought I was going to vomit!! I called the store to speak to the manager, but the operator told me she didn't have his number, so she transferred me to the service desk, and of course no one answered. And don't forget all the trash around the parking lot, and the people "camping"! From now on I will drive a little extra and go to the store in Hooksett!

I shop at Wal-Mart once maybe twice a month. There have been times that I needed assistance and had a hard time finding an associate but most of the time have not had a problem. I do not purchase meats there but staples are fine and purchased frequently. I like Concord Wal-Mart.

I usually don't write reviews but the other day, I was at the self checkout. The cashier was so rude. She took forever to scan my items, couldn't find the produce codes, clearly had no idea how to use the cash register. On top of it all, she bagged my groceries as if she were blind. Also, she had a wicked potty mouth. Clearly, she didn't receive proper job training. Walmart really needs to get it together.

Ordered a cake for a large bridal shower. The guy taking my order didn’t to seem to know what he was doing and I was , very unfortunately correct. I received a call the day of the shower. They have no cake for me, they have to order it and can’t even make me one. They suggested going to another place! Terrible experience

I try my best to avoid Walmart but sometimes it's unavoidable. I went to this Walmart last night to purchase a new bulb for my headlight, since I couldn't go to my local auto parts store as they were closed for Labor Day, this seemed like my only other option. Apparently they put security tabs on the headlights now so you can't just pull them off and take them to the register, you have to have a sales associate take them down for you. Now this would be a good idea if there was ever an associate around to assist you. I flagged down a lady who was very nice and seemed determined to help me flag down someone with a key, even had it paged over the intercom that I needed assistance in the auto parts, and no one came to help. I figured as much considering there was a family before me who seemed like they were also waiting for help and eventually left the aisle. I waited around for a while and eventually ended up just ripping the cardboard tab and pulling the headlight down myself, paid for it and left.

Purchased a tv and the screen was completely shattered when I plugged it in. We were extremely careful with the box so this was obviously damaged in store. Won't be buying electronics from here again

So I, against my better judgment, decided to order a birthday cake from the bakery and my judgement won out big time. When placing the order the department manager had taken my order and was rude, I just let it go figuring that she's running a department, when I actually saw the cake the claimed was mine it was AWFUL!!!!! It looked nothing like what the claimed it would, my child's name which I spelled 3 times for the manager was misspelled, and the pipping of the letters looked like 2 different people did it and at least one of them had never decorated a cake before. Don't waste your money

This store is Horrible. They refused to return a leaky air mattress despite their return policy that states they will "We will happily return or refund merchandise purchased from Walmart within 90 days of purchase, with or without receipt." Seems the manger makes up her own rules! Meanwhile another Walmart was happy to take back the leaky Mattress for a FULL cash refund!

Was told all they needed was 1 week to make a basic 2 tier cake for my wedding, called to place order 7 days prior and was told they need two weeks notice and that they cannot make my cake. Huge inconvenience!!

I have been doing most of my grocery shopping here for years. They generally have most if not all of what I need, and their prices are very competitive. I shop for work clothes and footwear here and gym clothes too, as well as electronics and pet supplies. I am a busy person and I like getting everything I need in one place. The employees are helpful and friendly, and there are a lot of self-service checkouts available. The self service photo kiosks and in store pickup are great too. I love this store and go to it even though there is another Walmart that is closer to where I live. Highly recommended.

This is a Super Wal-Mart. The store has far more than the 'basics'. Great supplies for camping, the races and workout gear.
