Never had a problem in the last 7 years. Scripts ready on time or earlier. Mostly earlier. Pharmacists & staff are on top the game @ the Concord,NH Wmart pharmacy. Answer questions you might have. Dept always clean & well stocked to the best of their abilities. Say hi to Heather….

I was extremely impressed with the staff nancy I believe who was the greater was extremely warm and friendly. I came in on 6/2/23 at 8:00 am and the whole pharmacy team was phenomenal. The pharmacist made sure I knew everything about my medication etc. All extremely nice, great employees. Im very impressed. People are nasty now and seeing how they act towards the workers is horrible so for them to still be so nice, huge props to them! Thank you all!

Re Macallan I was standing in line extremely rude to customers not wanting to help them leaving line very long . Was rude to another employee there just bad ? extremely poor customer service .

Great store it had more of the grave site pink flowers we were looking for. However the person who was the greeter needs to be careful on the teasing Factor including Imaging cartoon voices. Unless customers know them well that's one thing but if customers still in the kind of freaks them out.

Amazing customer service every time. Walmart Pharmacy is a much less expensive option for people without insurance and for filling pet medications. My dog's prescription was only $4 here, vs. almost $30 at CVS.

This is the worse pharmacy experience I have ever had. My insurance changed and my old pharmacy was no longer covered. I haven't even been able to pick up meds at this pharmacy because I can't get through to anybody. I did go to the drop off window to transfer all my medication. The tech ended up having g to speak to the pharmacist due to the type of medication I am on. Pharmacist said that I need special permission to have several of my medication, because either they don't have it or I am over the limit on what they have. Seemer annoyed with me as well.Here I am a almost a week later and I cant reach anybody to ask about refills. This is unacceptable

Poor service for today I've been trying to get my medication refilled and yes I understand that it needs 24 hour notice but I'm down to one medication in the bottle. The girl who I spoke with signed rudly and asked for my name. Young lady there is no need for a rude sigh and then ask for my name and proceed to be rude again about how long it's gonna take. I'm sure there is other people in line who have been paitently asking for their meds as well.

Worst pharmacy ever. Diabetic with very expensive prescriptions and they say they won't split up boxes for insulin. They have for the last year, but during pandemic going to screw me over. I'm already broke. Supposedly, new policy, but other pharmacy aren't denying me. I think it's complete laziness.

It takes a LOT for me to go out of my way to give a one star review, but if there were a zero, this place would get it. Total incompetence at the front desk, slow service, constant mistakes and if you order a med to be filled by a certain time, you can forget it because it won't be ready. Constantly understaffed and thoroughly underwhelming. Go to the Hooksett Walmart Pharmacy, they know what they're doing.

I go here because it is covered and close. Customer service is nonexistent. When picking up, I asked if my prescriptions were covered. The guy walks away without a word. I called after him and was ignored. I called back saying "I guess it is not okay to ask if it is covered?" And was yet again ignored by him, but a pharmacy technician decided to jump in and scold me for asking then informed me that he would have to get the prescriptions and check the receipt to see if they are covered. I informed her that of the guy had said that in the beginning, it would have been a propper way to handle the situation. She scolded me again for expecting information when asking, so I informed her I would have a conversation with the manager. The manager agreed that customer service is number 1, and promised to convey this to the staff. I have seen no change on the staff. I have had about 6 more negative experiences this year (2019) with this pharmacy, all related to customer service.

The customer service was terrible. We checked in at the drop off center and were told the prescription would be ready in half hour. We said we had to run some errands and would be back. We were told they would be ready by 2. When we arrived back for pick up they had not even started the order and the women at the check in window put in the wrong prescription. She ordered the one she said she would put on hold because I didn't need it. She also said she had to call the doctors office back because he put one of my prescription in wrong. No apologies when we got back at 3 to pick up our order.
