Everyone here is always so kind and helpful except for this one older woman. Every time she helps me she is condescending and rude and acts like it’s an inconvenience to take my money. I love everyone else there and I’m very happy with BNH, but I wish I knew which days she wasn’t there so I could exclusively go on those days.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. They will not keep your money safe and will blame you for someone else stealing your money and WILL NOT RETURN IT. The point of a bank is to ensure your money is safe and it won’t be here and they will do nothing to help you once it’s gone.

Bank of New Hampshire has the worst customer service you could ever imagine. They took over 3 months to fix fraudulent charges on my account and then, without notice, decided they needed more documentation and took the charge back out of my account. Overdrafting me by $300 and charging me an additional $35 for the privilege.

The new bill pay is absolutely horrible. 2 payments “processed” on 4/28 still have not been withdrawn from our account and they have not been received by the companies. I had to pay them online to be sure they weren’t late today. Now they will get double payments from us this month; if they ever receive the processed payments. I’ve spoken to the bank CS and the bill pay CS. Neither were helpful.

I just want to say thank you for being such a great local bank. I just finished reading a bunch of articles about the PPP & EIDL funds running out, how dissatisfied so many people are with their big banks not going to bat for them. I know you guys prepared for this process to the best of your ability & your team worked around the clock to get as many of your clients funding as possible. I have always enjoyed doing business with you and I appreciate the relationship I have with your institution, but right now I am just really grateful for the efforts you make to be the community bank that us business owners depend on. Thank you!
