“Everyone here is always so kind and helpful except for this one older woman. Every time she helps me she is condescending and rude and acts like it’s an inconvenience to take my money. I love everyone else there and I’m very happy with BNH, but I wish I knew which days she wasn’t there so I could exclusively go on those days.”
