Dawn was so helpful! My husband needed some fashionable walking shoes and Clarks has some really nice lightweight ones. He found exactly what he needed and it was a really pleasant experience thanks to the nice and knowledgeable staff.

Worst customer service. Two employees working and they did not even acknowledge we were in the store. Just chatted with each other. We were in there for at least 15 minutes. I put back the shoes and decided not to buy.

Do not go in this store of you have children with you. A miserable older woman was working and loudly huffed and then told my 4 year old son not to touch the shoes on the shelf. He litterally was standing next to me while i was looking for a size and had his hand resting on the shelf. Being as this store is in a large shopping center in a tourist area, there must be many kids that visit. Well they lost this mom as patron for ever.
