Took my truck in for an oil change and while there was a issue I wont discuss that except to say that the service advisor Bruce and the owner Chris handled the situation with exceptional professionalism, understanding and accountability. I was very pleased in my interactions with both of them and their handling of everything. In my opinion they both show exactly what it means to give quality customer service. Should I return to the area in the future, as I hope to, i can trust that any needs will be met in the most professional and appropriate manner if either of these two gentlemen are involved.Service: Oil change

Purchased a car from Minnesota and provided $1000 in earnest money and had a purchase agreement. Travelled out to New Hampshire to get the car and the sales manager sold it out from under me without as much as a courtesy call/text. Sales manager said it was a communication error? I don't believe it. He looked for a couple hours to find another car, called me back with an update and then I never heard from him again. More poor service and remember this is the sales manager who is supposed to support customer service. Customer service from management is poor and untrustworthy. Out of state/area buyers beware, earnest money and purchase agreement means nothing here and you may be left without a car and get the added burden of the additional cost of travel as a door prize. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them a zero to equal the car I didn't get.

Purchased a truck here almost three weeks ago. Needed a new sticker to match my birth month but really wanted someone to thoroughly go through the vehicle as our entire family is about to be in this truck heading out of town and did not want the dealer just slapping a sticker on. The vehicle passed emissions inspection but due to the cracked tires, failed safety. Contacted crest and spoke to the service manager, who told me to bring the truck in. Took the truck in to be told basically that the tires are inspectable, just barely, and that they had questioned it themselves when put on the lot but they refused to stand by the tires and replace them. Three weeks into a $40,000 truck and I'm replacing weather cracked tires. This was after they messed up our paperwork and STILL have not sent the information to the bank to be processed. Will never do business with them again.

Tried to get an alignment done here but they said they wouldn't touch it because of all the new suspension parts put in. Don't waste your time here go to a garage that will actually do the work their supposed to. And not be scared of a little extra work to align it. No wonder why I hear never go to crest all the time around town

took my Cadillac for service CHECK ENGINE LIGHT was told it was an sensor that was replaced and charged $270 picked in up and was driving hone and the CHECK ENGINE light came on so brought it back. they said the $270 part that was replaced was faulty so they replaced it at no charge. LIGHT STAYED OFF BUT WHEN I GOT GAS I NOTICED THE GAS CAP WAS NEW. No mention of gas cap and no charge, went to service dept to complain about $270 charge for part that was not needed as issue was gas cap. NO REFUND WAS OFFERED BUT THEY MAILED ME A COUPON FOR A FREE OIL CHANGE! took coupon in ripped it up and left at service dept,

If I could give Crest zero stars I would. Absolutely useless. I was stranded because of a flat tire. They told me it would take up to a week to get a tire and install it on my car..........really? I went down the street, purchased a tire and had it installed in under ten minutes by the fabulous team at Frechette Tire.

I drove over an hour to see these folks. They were very responsive during the initial online and phone process. Matthew and Ryan were great! Treated me very well. Made sure I was taken care of and didn’t have any questions. I have been working hard on my credit score for almost a year and I was skeptical they would be able to get a payment I could afford. They did and even threw in a power train warranty on my used WRX! They even followed up with me to make sure I made it home safely! Definitely honest, caring, friendly staff. Very knowledgeable as well. I enjoyed by time with them and would definitely give them a solid five ⭐️

I recently purchased a Silverado from Matt Paisley at crest Chevrolet. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt Like this experience really deserved a great review Matt is an awesome salesman and took care of every question and need that I had. I’ve purchased many vehicles over my lifetime from dealerships and I’ve always been so stressed through the process with this purchase there was no stress at all it was very smooth and easy. Matt explained everything about the truck, he was extremely knowledgeable about what he was selling which I’ve never experienced before. Matt and everyone at crest Chevrolet was awesome! I strongly suggest anyone looking for a new Or used vehicle check them out. A well-deserved five star review!!

This is the single most frustrating dealership I have ever tried to buy a car from. After test driving and agreeing on a price, I realized that the Bluetooth didn't work (a common issue for the model I was looking to buy). No big deal, they said that it had just been working and they would get it in the shop on Saturday and try and fix it for me (this was Friday). On Saturday I called to see if there was any updates, they said they were busy and it was going in the shop on Monday. Alright, so I called Monday, they said it was going in on Tuesday, called Tuesday, still not in the shop etc etc. It's now been a week and they just called me to say that the car didn't actually have Bluetooth so there's nothing to fix. It does have bluetooth, there's literally a Bluetooth button inside of the vehicle that gives you an error message when you try and pair your phone. Regardless, this was still not that big of a deal for me and I told them I would still be willing purchase the car with the broken bluetooth. The icing on the cake was when they wouldn't honor the original agreed upon price, and they now wanted OVER $1,000 MORE for a car that they had not fixed. Needless to say I did not purchase it and will never come back.

Matt was great with getting me out of my car. He stayed by my side the whole time and knew when I was getting overwhelmed with information. Everyone put their heads together and was able to get me into a vehicle that I was happy with, and a payment that was in my price range. Matt was the best salesman that I’ve ever done business with, and highly recommend him.
