I had the best experience at Francesca’s in North Conway NH. Cameron, the young woman who waited on me, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I found just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I foolishly left my credit card there and didn’t notice until I was home in MA. After calling the store she assured me that it was locked up in their safe. She asked her boss if there was a way they could get it to me. They shipped it to me by FedEx and I received it the next morning. I am so grateful! Thank you Francesca’s.

absolutely amazing experience at francescas today. came in looking for a specific kind of dress for a wedding and the staff was INCREDIBLE helping me pick a dress. I told the gal (super sweet blonde and brunette gals helped me out) what color dress i wanted and she got ever option in that color and put it in a dressing room for me. i came out and showed them the dress i liked most and they were ready with shoe and accessory suggestions i will absolutely be using when i pick the other components of the outfit. 10/10 recommend!!

Absolutely loved my experience there. All the staff were welcoming, nice and extremely helpful. I came in a rush and asked if I could leave what I had tried there and come back for it. When I did, I was welcomed with a warm smile.
Everything about the service was amazing and the quality of the clothes is unmatched. Beautiful pieces and beautiful people. Will definitely be visiting again.

I never review but had to after we interacted with Cameron at the North Conway Francesca's store. I don't think I've ever been impressed by a retail experience but Cameron was welcoming, introduced herself, asked me first before giving my 6 year old a lollipop, recommended clothing, and was just generally so pleasant. Way to go!

I had one of my best dress shopping experiences here. The woman working the shop, Cameron, made sure I tried on probably 15 dresses for my upcoming trip to Central America. She was friendly and had a lot of energy. While I felt she was giving me 100% of her attention choosing styles and adjusting sizes while I was in the fitting room, she was still able to give the same energy and attentiveness to other customers. The world needs more Camerons! Thanks again for being awesome!

I went in Francesca looking for a dress for a banquet and wasn't acknowledged acted like they didn't want me in there, and was whispering the whole time I was in there and never once asked if they could help, I won't be going back, it's to bad as its a cute boutique

Woman at the register was extremely rude. Waited at the register for 5 mins to check out because the worker was talking to another coworker. She looked at me and still continued the conversation with the other worker before turning around to help. She was short and acted like i was not worth her time. I have worked in retail for 6 years now and that is unacceptable behavior especially for a grown woman.

I went to the outlets with my daughter to look for an outfit for an outdoor wedding. Stopped in at Francesca’s and saw a dress on a mannequin up high and asked the worker what size it was since the ones on the rack were only size large. The girl acted like I was bothering her and told me she thought it was a small. I said ok I was looking for a small, possibly an x-small… She proceeded to snicker and whisper to her coworker. Not sure what that was about but never offered to get the dress and at that point I walked away to help my daughter in the dressing room. No help there either, not once did they ask if we needed help or another size etc. While I was running around getting different items for my daughter to try, I heard one of the workers phones playing music and realized they were watching TikTok videos. Nice. On your phones instead of helping customers. We did find an outfit but it was no thanks to these two.

The store was having a sale where the entire store was $35 AND UNDER. I picked up a dress with a price tag of $50 and asked how much the dress was since it didn’t have the sale price marked. the lady working pointed at the sign and said “everything is 35 and under”. AND UNDER. why would i assume it was exactly $35 ???? I asked if it was EXACTLY $35 and she just pointed to the sign again. So rude. Why would I assume it is exactly $35 if the sign for the sale said $35 and under. Are you telling me EVERYTHING is $35??? A scrunchie is $35? A bracelet is $35??. I put the dress back and didn’t even try it on because i was so angry at how rude she was. We left without buying anything we wanted because of how we were treated. This is the same woman pictured in the review before mine.

Girl at the register overcharged me for an item on sale and when I asked about it she was rude and sassy for no reason. The necklace I bought also broke the next day

workers r very rude. they literally sell stuff from shein and charge $25 bucks for a kids PLASTIC bracelet. worker was listening to me and my friends conversation and followed us the whole entire time around the store- then decided to call my friend out for stealing a purse when i bought it for her months before hand. never again ?
