The employees were so helpful and friendly but the clothing sizes lacked. Nothing over a size 10 for nicer shirts, 28 in pants, and mostly l in other shirts for women. If you’re a bigger girl you’ll probably just want to skip the trip and order online like I had to.

The manager is wicked nice and always friendly. I've shopped here twice and she was always helpful and very friendly as is her staff. The store is smaller than other JCrew Outlets like in Kittery or Wrentham but they make use of the space and the staff are quick to say they can order sizes online and have it shipped for free to your home. Great sales! And they are dog friendly!

The floor manager was extremely rude and looked very messy. Not someone I would want to have leading my store. Was not attentive in getting a fitting room when spent over 100$.

The service was horrible. We were here August 25, 2021 at 4:45 PM. My friend and I were the only two in the store and after picking up several pants and shirts, we asked to try them on. The two employees told us the fitting rooms were closed because they were understaffed and couldn’t handle keeping an eye on us (the only two customers in the store), insinuating we would steal clothing which was extremely offensive to us. They told us to come back tomorrow, when unfortunately we would be traveling back to Manhattan. After pointing out we were the only two in the store, the two employees said the fitting rooms were too wet for anyone to go in - so it seemed they were finding more reasons for us to leave the store. Very disappointed - I always go back-to-school shopping here each year and now will never go back. I have been a loyal customer and will now cancel the card I have with J-Crew.

I used to love this store when I was younger and visited the area. I entered at 6:30 PM tonight and the girl working did not say hi despite me being the only one in the store. She then watched as I spent 15 minutes shopping and picking things out, and then rudely told me, after she watched me try to open a fitting room at 6:45, that she closed the fitting room at 6:30 for sanitizing. What? That is a closing job and takes all of a minute. The next store I went to had their rooms open until 7. They lost all my business that night. So unnecessary and rude. I notice that there have been similar reviews of this staff member on Yelp and I hope management sees this.

Always a great experience here at J Crew in Settler's Green! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful every time. I have found several articles of clothing I absolutely HAD to have, and the crew there make excellent outfit recommendations. Great deals as well. Every experience is great, and there will be many more!

Extremely rude staff. The manager of this store started to discipline my kid who touched something and scared a 3 years old to tears. He was running to me crying. I will never go to any J.Crew store again. On-line shopping only.
