Disappointed overall. Pedicure was the most lackluster one I’ve ever had - cold water, the nail tech spent less than 2 min on my nails and never did my cuticles, the “massage” was 30 seconds of him lightly rubbing lotion on one spot on my foot
Manicure also was rough - no cuticle treatment, a bowl of freezing cold water for my hands, never asked what shape I wanted my nails and then after I asked made them jagged and uneven and cut them short without me asking
Would recommend heading somewhere else there’s a bunch of other places nearby.

Had a 1:00 appointment for four two manicures two pedicures did not get seated for pedicure until 1:50 I had Amy she cut my cuticles five different times actually bled once if you're looking for a manicure pedicure do not go there bad customer service

Went in to Katie's Nails yesterday Wednesday 7/10 to get a gel manicure, the gentleman that was sitting right in front of the door took my appointment. He filed my fingernails so hard the corners of my fingers burned after I left and still little red marks on the corners of my fingers today that burn, I said ouch and he said "relax your hand !" And gave my hand a shake.. basically blaming me for his roughness and hurting me.Today Thursday 7/11 two of my nails have peeled at the top, he rushed me out without the proper layers and drying time. I always give a $10 tip and for the first time ever I left without leaving a tip at all!

Appt for mani/pedi. Opted for the “DELUXE ” pedi. Nothing “DELUXE”abt it. Shortest pedi, EVER. The “DELUXE” pedi was 23 mins, total. Is the regular pedi 12 mins long ?!?! He didn’t cut my toenails evenly. Really lame massage. I didn’t even proceed w/mani. Don’t bother, not worth it. I feel like bc I have natural nails he put in zero effort. I’ll go to another place in the Valley for my mani/pedi next time. I realize it’s Summer but that’s why I made appt so it wouldn’t be rushed.

Katie’s is the only place to go to get your nails done. However, appointments can be hard to get and don’t always start on time. They are usually very gracious about any delays, and do their best, so just plan ahead with this in mind. You may need to give yourself an extra 20-30 minutes to be out on time, especially during the busy season.

The worst pedicure that I’ve ever had. It took all of 10 minutes, a couple of seconds of scrubbing, my nails were never trimmed, the massage part was over in 2 minutes and the application of polish came out messy.
Stylist: She did not even speak English so I have no idea what her name was

Left with bloody cuticles & polish left on my toes. Also tried to manipulate my baby sister into getting add-on's behind my back. As soon as they realized we weren't interested in extra treatment, we were given terrible treatment. Both mani & pedi were under 15 minutes. Shameful. Don't waste your time or money.

Had an appointment at 1:30, didn't get started until 2:30. The guy that did my nails did it so quick, and it shows. My nails are already cracking and chipping and I got them done less than 72 hours ago. He barely smoothed/them down so the dip is all wonky and wavy and a few nails don't have top coat on the full nail. I won't be going back.

I called ahead for an appt for a pink and white fill. I did arrive 5 mins late, but wasn’t taken for another 35 mins.
I would not recommend this salon for acrylics. They did not seem familiar with them and did not know what a fill vs full set was. They charged me $70 for a fill, which I normally pay $45 for. When I questioned them, they had to call someone for help and ended up giving me $10 back, but the prices on the board stated $45 for a fill.

After being turned away from another nail place because they were booked solid ( no one in the salon...) I went over to Katie's. I was visiting the area and was a walk-in. They told me 15 minutes but it was only about 5, at this very busy, smaller salon. Excellent spa pedi and mani. When I'm back in the area, I will go again! If I lived here, I'd be a regular!!

I've come here several times an they never disappoint great service and very skilled hands. They are always up for a challenge.

I am absolutely ecstatic about the artsy nails Katie gave me. I had a very high pressure meeting to attend and I wanted to feel the most confident I could going into that meeting and I gave a picture to Katie of how I wanted my nails to look. Dark pine trees in front of a vague Forest behind with a few birds here and there. Katie nailed it. Her representation and art were beyond the picture I had given her that I had found in a magazine. Katie was fun and engaging during our appointment and I could not have had things turn out better. Thank you so much! Katie

Katie is talented and pleasant to have give a manicure. She works well with many different designs and custom work. They came out amazing, I am beyond thrilled.
Specialties: I had sent in some designs that i was looking at getting for my 40th birthday. Katie confirmed that she had an opening and was able to accomplish my chosen design.

I went with my mom for a girls day and the guy that did her pedicure scrubbed her toes so hard that they were bleeding and he was just watching tv the whole time so he wasn’t focused into his job
