I'm enjoying every single 1 star review for the North Conway store. This is a location that treats customers as just another credit card Application. Not to mention the store manager letting managers bully, torment & disregard employees. Run, don't walk, ...over to Home Depot or Hancock Lumber. … Edit .. “Earn my trust?” .. please, are you kidding.

They refused to run my $10,000 order the rough the pro vip desk because they didn’t have time… I gave them 4 days. I had to place the order through another Lowe’s which cost me a week in a job. The response from corporate was a $25 gift card…

Needed rigid pipe cut and threaded. It took some persistence, but once we got going, things went great. We got a full stick of 2in cut into 3 pieces and threaded on all ends. Their power threader works great.... it's the employees that needed a little extra.... lube.

My husband went to Lowe's today to buy an Ego charger. The man who helped him insisted on carrying the item to insure that he was not going to steal it. We do a lot of business in this store .We actually bought new kitchen appliances and a washerThis is not an ok way to treat loyal customers.He felt insulted and probably will not be going back. You may want to rethink your loss prevention.

Purchased some light bulbs, bought too many so I retuned the extra bulbs in original unopened package. It was just beyond 90 days, and they would not take them back or offer store credit (although they still are selling them and have them on the shelf). Lousy way to treat a customer, I spend thousands there each year. Or I used to, there’s a nice customer friendly Home Depot right up the street. Good bye Lowe’s!
