Any business's that have the incorrect hours listed online is an automatic 1 star for me. 9:12pm, and the location is closed when hours online are all listed as 10pm. (Including yelp) Customers are expected to drive to every business to verify if they are open? No, no they are not that's why we all use the fantastic creation known as the internet.

Worst CVS location I have been to. Yesterday I go to pickup my script due to a text saying it's ready. When I go through the drive thru - they can't find me in the system. Another attendant comes over and mysteriously my script is found. I was supposed to have 2. The attendant says the other one can't be filled cause it's too early. I said - "that's funny because I got a text it's ready and also I only have 3 pills left". She goes back into the system and said I was right. It's nice to know I know how to take my medications. This is the consistent lack of knowledge and service at this location. Has been for 15 years. The pharmacy department is just rude and untrained. Don't have this problem at the location in Estero Florida. Cvs needs to have this location brush up on their customer service. They are the worst.

Unbelievably rude at this CVS pharmacy. It's as if they resent you coming in and making them do their job. Consistently rude. I always cut someone a little slack, you never know what's going on in someone's life. Always feel like they a making me jump through hoops just to get a prescription. Real bad attitude, if CVS wasn't my pharmacy I would switch. The rudeness gets old real quick...

Tried to register yesterday, after filling out lengthy form on line, I was told to hold on processing, waited 20 minutes and repeated Guess what same story, wife went into pharmacy was told didn't need appointment We both returned at 3:00, Brittany very nice young woman, tried to process but we we're told by pharmacist she was to busy and we needed an appointment, got appointment for 10 am next day. She was rude and should be admonished. Called Walgreens, Tayler answered phone, most pleasant, don't need appointment, we went there and Britney, took care of my wife and me, got our booster shot and done in half hour. Everyone was so friendly, they made us feel special, we're now new customers of Walgreens Not all CVS are as bad as North Conway, we had terrific experience at the Exeter/ Stratham location.

Staff are horrible. They are mean and it can take several days for them to fill a prescription in process. I would go anywhere else but here but my doctor finds it easiest to send my medications here.

I was treated so rudely at the Drive Thru prescription pickup. There was a mixup in the ordering of my medicine by the doctor's office and I had to endure a tirade by the woman at the window that it wasn't ready and wouldn't be for another hour. She was so unprofessional and did not try to even solve the problem. They will not have to worry about being busy with my prescriptions in the future, I will be going elsewhere.

Slow would have been good. We were in line long enough to take a second dose of my meds. There are other pharmacies in town and we will be switching. Move on.

I'm local and I don't usually go here but I've had to go three times this week, for a burn, lice treatment shampoo for my kids and in a pinch. For the burn, I get to the pharmacy where two younger women were at the register. I said "do you have any kind of fragrance free soap-" and one of them actually cut me off to say no while the other cut me off at least to tell me vaguely where I could maybe find it. Next trip I'm walking up to the register and what looks like a shift leader just parks a uboat right in front of us at the end of the aisle while having a conversation with a cashier. I say excuse me sorry we're going that way (ya know to the registers she's blocking) and she looks me up and down and moves. I get up to the register and say hi how are you, no response. Do I want to round up and donate? No. Do I need a bag? No. I needed some common decency and less attitude from the people who work here, but I'll go find it at any other drug store in North Conway.

I don't know who the pharmacist is there ( older, short brown/ grey hair) glasses... but she is a miserable piece of life. Retire lady... you should not be working with the public, you are RUDE AND MISERABLE!

While on vacation far from home, my husband realized that he had forgotten a prescription medication. We called CVS and they advised us on how to get a temporary supply during our trip. It ended up being a simple problem to solve but we were upset and the pharmacist was so kind, reassuring, and helpful. If we lived here, this would be our pharmacy.
