Incredible staff and providers - the vet got down on the floor to let my timid dog warm up to him and stayed there the entire time!

This practice should not be operating! They care less for you or your pet. Deb is a nightmare to sum it up. She puts her time above our pets, she is rude, disrespectful and doesn't return calls even when repeatedly requested. Drs and assistants stay cuz they aren't on call. #worstvetinmwv Just Google search North Country Animal Hospital then call and listen to Deb point your care elsewhere! Call, listen, it's the same practice while they are open.

Always very nice and show so much love to each pet that comes through the door.Love that the parking is in part of the woods. Very easy for your fur baby to go to the bathroom. Especially if they like to pee on trees.

I had brought my dog here a couple times, the first for a routine checkup and we told them he was very skiddish but they still took him out back for the checkup and to do shots and we could hear him crying the whole time. Took him a couple of days to come out of it. Went back again because he developed a hot spot between his toes. This time they let us in the room and everything went okay. We believed my cat had a the early signs of an UTI. We called for an appointment and they had one the same day. I asked if it would be considered an emergency appointment and if there would be an additional fee because of that. I was told if I couldn't afford to properly care for my cat I should surrender him. I was floored. I never said I couldn't care for him I just wanted an idea of how much I would be paying. We took him to the Naples vet and moved all our care there and have been paying way less for an awesome team who truly cares for our animals.

We used to love this place, especially the Vet Rachel. I had taken my dogs here for the last 20 years before we finally had enough and switched to Conway Vet. it used to be great but has gone downhill greatly over the last few years we were there. This facility is not veterinarian owned but is run by a for profit group of investors. You can’t get out of there for under $200. They have a big turnover of veterinarians there. The communication between us and the vet was one of my biggest complaints. they would not take the time to discuss my issues and concerns about my dog. there is one woman who works behind the counter who is passive aggressive, and just plain rude. Never understood how somebody can work with the public and have that kind of an attitude. We are very pleased with our new vet at Conway veterinary clinic.

Caution. Do not recommend. Avoid. We took our dog for one visit. He left petrified of everyone and everything. This dog had traveled with our family consistently up to this point and had numerous people saying things like, “If all dogs were like him, I’d have 10.” Now, our dog needs specialized training to hopefully undo what one visit here caused.

I called to set a appointment for both my dogs for a rabies shot about a.month ago, today when they called to remind me 2 days prior I asked how much it was,I was informed they would also need a wellness check,I stated that was not necessary right now because of funds but if they could just do the rabies,I was told that it was required, that's crazy and sounds a bit money hungry, she almost slipped and told and almost told me it was the law but abruptly stopped herself,J wonder if I didn't ask if I was get a surprise oh by the way after we already showed up,I then decided to just get there rabies shot at tractor supply, this is not a necessary expense at this time and to.not take my dogs in for just there rabies is absolutely ridiculous, this what you would call a vet just lost two dogs that have been there before because no other vet was taking new patients, but really no lose to.me as it's best for all.m6 animals at this point,I can't even go there about my cats appointment because it was so bad but I figured they were probably competent enough to administer a rabies vaccine, this is the second.time I have had problems with them,it's all about the.money with them, sad really.

I called this office last week when my dog was having an emergency medical issue. His normal vet, Dr Sheri at Conway Vet was out having emergency surgery so I reached out to other local clinics. Understandably, like many area businesses, they are overwhelmed and cannot take new clients. What is not understandable is why the person who answered the phone was so rude. She actually went out of her way to be rude and condescending. I have no doubt it must get annoying to have to tell people countless times a day that you are not accepting new patients, but perhaps mention that on the recorded message. You don't have to be kind but when someone is trying to get help for their best friend who is having frightening symptoms, you should really skip the whole being a j*** thing. I was able to find another vet and he got great care and is doing well now. I'm glad we were able to find another clinic because I would have taken him to this place despite the rudeness if they had been willing to see him, I was that desperate to get him help, but outside of a medical emergency, I would never want to place his care and well being in the hands of people like this. Imagine getting the honor and privilege to work with and care for animals all day and somehow still manage to be a horrible and miserable human.

So I am sitting here at the vet after 5 since they squeezed us in to take care of my dog who had a injury. I can hear him cry but the heart warming part is hearing the staff talk to him in such a kind and compassionate way to calm him. They did .... I am so impressed with this team. If you love your dog this is the place to bring them.

An amazing practice that we used for years. Kind, caring, compassionate and loving of the pets that they care for. They helped us through a pain time during our loss. Thank you to the doctors and staff. We will see you again when we are ready once again, add a puppy to our family.
