As I move through my seventh decade, I find myself reflecting on the many doctors I've visited over the years. When I was young, the physicians on Main Street in Conway Village treated all my scrapes, bruises, and occasional childhood illnesses.
Throughout the years, I have received care from medical professionals at the Lahey Clinic, Catholic Medical Center, Huggins Hospital, Maine Medical Center, Maine Cardiology, and Memorial Hospital in Conway, where I was born. I am sincerely appreciative of their attentive, high-quality, and professional medical services.
Based on my observations and experiences, the physicians who have provided my care consistently demonstrate a strong commitment to the scientific aspects of health care. Their primary focus appears to be determining the most effective treatment options for the medical conditions presented by their patients, with limited non-scientific engagements beyond this scope.
Veterinarians I have known provide high-quality care using medical science, like Doctors of Medicine do. However, those who have treated my dogs also seem to use a unique, additional transcendental approach.
I've been fortunate to always have a canine companion as part of my immediate family. Clicquot (Klee-O), whom we raised from a puppy, lived for twenty years before passing away in 1978. Since 1976, I have raised five dogs from eight weeks old. Two of them lived to thirteen, one reached twelve, one I had to find a different home and my current Boston Terrier, R-Chee, has just turned eleven.
Doctors of Veterinary Medicine have played a significant role in my life. On several occasions, sometimes at inconvenient times, vets have shown an ability that goes beyond science, creating a supernatural connection with my dogs. The blend of their scientific knowledge and their special bond with nature and animals is truly remarkable to witness. I am thankful for the care and methods they offer to critters and for being a beneficiary of their skills.

Wicked Fresh Craft Burgers

They have some of the best burgers and that's coming from a guy that's traveled all over the country trying different burgers. I had the mushroom burger and it was (I cant stress this enough) phenomenal! If you're ever up that way get your butt in there and try them out.

2633 White Mountain Highway, North ConwayWe were able to get a table right away during the summertime, which was great. We sat on the outdoor patio, and the umbrellas provided some nice shade. The customer service was also very good!
The French dip sandwich was delicious and came with an interesting sauce that I really enjoyed. Unfortunately, I was craving a salad after having a ton of heavy food recently, and that was not the best choice here. The roast beef chef’s salad left a lot to be desired, and I wouldn’t order it again. I also love coleslaw, so I ordered that as a side, but unfortunately didn’t enjoy it either.
The beers were good! We tried the Moat Mountain Blueberry, which was yummy, and the Tuckerman’s Pale Ale, which I didn’t love quite as much but still thought was good.
Overall, I think I just ordered the wrong things! All of the sandwiches coming out looked so good, and after trying the French dip, I definitely feel like I need to come back and try another sandwich. The patio, friendly service, and quick seating made it a nice stop.

The guy taking our order was so kind and funny. Made our night. 100000000/10. Unfortunately we’re from CT, but we’re so coming back here when we come visit NH again.
