“We adopted a wonderful dog from the shelter, it was so obvious how well they cared for her . She has made an amazing addition to our home and family and we are tremendously grateful for her. I can’t thank them enough. Baby has been such a delightful companion, and she is a big daddy’s girl . But she loves snuggling with mom lol . I couldn’t be happier.”
“Most of the staff are very friendly. The quality of little critters the sell is awesome. They are well cared for and healthy. After purchasing 2 Gerbils for the kids, i would definitely buy them from petSmart again.
The only thing I would recommend is that the cashiers be a little more friendly. one of them could be a lot more friendly. I wish I could remember the man's name that help us purchase the gerbils. Both times he was over the top kind friendly and helpful. He wasn't afraid to talk to the kids about them as well as help them understand the little critters needed.”
