Even though we really miss Skylar we have gotten wonderful service here by Chris and Jen. It’s always way quicker than they quote me for time. Having German Shepherd dogs I can’t just bring them anywhere.

The store is neat and clean. The shelves are well stocked, and there's an excellent selection of items and brands. The staff is pleasant and always helpful.

My puppies loved it there and all the positive attention!
I continue to go over the years because it is a very pet friendly location and everyone is very welcoming when you come in. However, this particular time I ended up not being able to complete my purchase because the person at the register had the left and was nowhere to be found for about 5 minutes and I was on a time crunch. So instead of trying to chase down someone to cash out, I just left without completing my purchase

went in for blaze orange vest for my dog, they do not carry blaze orange for dogs.
Otherwise, the store is very tidy, one of the nicest Petsmarts i've been in.

My friend’s foster therapy puppy and I decided to take “Rizzo” for a new chew toy and some treats. The store has an entire aisle of chew toys and we were looking for a very specific type. He needed the hardest & most indestructible toy because he had literally chewed up everything in his path. We left with hopefully a very tough toy for him. It’s been 3 days and I haven’t heard yet whether the toy/bone has been chewed to bits yet!!
