How do they stay in business? The women that answers the phone and coordinates appointments is not only rude but incompetent. They treat customers like they at lucky they get to do business with them. Sorry that's not true! Granite Glass and any other glass place is 100% better. Portland Glass get over yourself and get rid of your receptionist!

They gave me an appointment for 8:00 in the morning even though I was the third in line and they didn't get to me till about 11:00.

Excellent and timely service to replace a cracked windshield! Notified the insurance company on initial call, scheduled replacement two days later. Work was completed ahead of promised time, and I was notified by Wendy the vehicle was waiting for me! What a team! Thanks, kids!

There was a small issue with one of my glass doors, I didn’t even notice it and they wouldn’t install it. They wanted it to be perfect so they ordered a whole new door and did a great job in the install.They communicated through the whole process.Wendy is great!
