The Local Grocer is a health food market and deli in North Conway providing the community with healthy, natural, and organic products. It is a cute place with an outdoor feel inside. The market offers a wide variety of items to meet weekly grocery needs, with a large selection of gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and dairy-free options. It has many hard-to-find healthier alternatives, including a comprehensive herb and supplement section, homeopathic items, essential oils, incense, vitamins, prebiotics, spiritual items, organic clothes, crystals, yoga mats, and reasonably priced bulk options like soaps and detergents. It is a great place for a fast, fresh, grab-and-go meal with a wide menu. The deli offers paninis, huge packaged salads, and snacks like peanut butter superfood chocolates. Almost everything is vegetarian, vegan, and/or gluten-free. The staff is nice, patient, and educated to help with buying choices. While the groceries are pricier than a supermarket and some sections can be sparse, the high-quality, ethical ingredients make it worth it. There is also a free bookshelf in the dining area.

Great selection of snacks, frozen foods, deli goods, cafe items, drinks, wellness items and more. The turkey pesto sandwich is to die for! Super nice service as well.
