“The employees are great. The company itself needs a major overhaul. What's the reason for tracking when deliveries are 90% late. My package will sit in Nashua for a whole day before being shipped to Vermont and then back to NH again. Doesn't seem very efficient and I can't see how USPS saves money this way but whatever.”

“This post office is so overwhelmed with staff shortages that the poor people that work there are doing the best they can. Kudos to the clerks out front who get the short straw everyday when they step out front to be the whipping post to everyone for stuff that is beyond there control. Be kinder people!! These people are doing the best they can. You are the worst of yourself when you don't have compassion or empathy for someone that is doing the best they can. Do better”
