Ragged Mountain Resort is a fantastic mid-sized skiing and snowboarding destination less than two hours from Boston, often called New England's best kept secret. It offers great value with Mission Affordable Season Pass pricing and the Bebe Wood Learn to Ski & Ride Program. The resort features 250 skiable acres across two peaks, serviced by high-speed detachable lifts, with 57 trails, 17 glades, 3 terrain parks, and over 1,000 feet of vertical. It provides top to bottom beginner trails and some sneaky good glade trails, though it is noted for having more trails for intermediate and advanced skiers. The mountain is praised for its great snowmaking and grooming, fast and fun trails, and minimal lift lines, often under ten minutes even during busy periods. Its location a bit further from the highway means less crowding compared to more popular resorts. The lodge has a great old school New England feel, with super friendly staff and guests. On-mountain food amenities, like the pizza at Stone Hearth, are shockingly good and shockingly affordable. The resort maintains a wonderful, old-school vibe that has been lost at other areas. It is a great destination for the whole family, offering a smooth and accommodating experience from the rental shop to the slopes. The overall atmosphere is one of fun and excitement, making for unforgettable days filled with chills, thrills, and spills on the mountain.
All around great place to go camping or park an RV, so much for the kids to do and the river is beautiful, I highly recommend it when if it's just for a weekend or if your looking for a seasonal spot.

Absolutely LOVE this campground and so does my 10 yr old daughter. So much to do, you cant ever get bored. We didnt even finish our weekend out before we booked for next year! 🫶

We had an amazing time! The staff was friendly and helpful. The golf carts made it so fun for the kids. We grilled and had a fire almost every night. The river was a blast! Bring tubes! The kids loved the pools and the playground. We'll definitely be back again
