“I own a Mercedes Sprinter Van and am on a 6000 mile road trip this summer. I went to one auto/battery place in Epping who referred me to Cutting Edge. I called Al and told him that I thought I needed a new engine battery. He said come on over we’ll see if we can help you. 1 1/2hrs later I was driving away with a new engine battery (weighs 80lbs). The shop was busy lots going on but Al was great. I would recommend this business!!! Thanks for getting me back on the road.”

“Extremely nice employees!!
I am a girl in her early twenties and I kept hearing a dinging noise like the seatbelt chime in my car, even though there were no lights on on my dash. I am not from the area so I called the closest repair shop I could find. I came in and they were able to help me without an appointment. He opened my hood and immediately saw that my battery was coming disconnected on one side. He went back into the shop, grabbed the tool he needed, and came back in under a minute. They fixed the connection and tightened it for me in under five minutes, total.
These people are clearly very experienced, based on how fast they were able to diagnose and fix my car, without even using the plug-in computer thingy. The guy with the Pinkie Pie tattoo quite literally saved me— if I didn’t have it fixed I wouldn’t have made it home safely.
Thank you guys again, and to anyone in the area that has car trouble/questions, these people are the place to go! Ayers Auto will definitely be getting my business again if I am ever in the area and need car help. To potential customers: highly, highly recommend, for kindness, knowledge, and availability. To Ayers management: these guys deserve a raise!!”

“Went there to look at a 2016 4runner. When I pulled up there was no one waiting outside to rush me. The wife and I were able to take our time and go in to talk to Steve when we were ready. Steve was very polite and walked us over to the car, turned the car on for us and let us walk around the car. We were able to take our time and the test drive was just the wife and I. We were able to test drive as long as we wanted. Usually the person drives with you and tells you were to drive, no here, the test drive was an honest drive. Was able to listen for anything out of the ordinary. The quality of the vehicle was really good. Steve did not force the finance company either. He went to get rates from 2 banks and I went to get rates from USAA. I was able to get a better rate and he was happy to use the rate I got. Steve was very respectful and helpful. He went above and beyond. I called back later and asked if there was a floor mat there that I was missing. He called me back 10 mins later stating he ordering me new ones. I would highly recommend route 4 motors.”

“This place is awesome! On my way home from college my car's water pump erupted. Completely out of luck, this garage was the only one willingly to take my car. Despite throwing it onto their workload without any warning, they fixed it up super quick within the week and gave me a completely fair price. In addition, when the tow company loaded my car onto the lift, they damaged some of the car's body, and the people working at the garage came out after closing and provided me duct tape to fix it up enough to make it home!

“Outstanding experience! Can't say enough good things about Nick B. Just easy to do business with. We first talked via email and he broke down leasing and buying options on the vehicle we wanted. By the time I walked into the dealership for the first time, we pretty much settled on a fair price for the vehicle and trade. Three hours later , all paperwork completed I drove away with my new 4runner. First they offer discounts right on the website, second, they were very up front with pricing including all fees and bottom line pricing. Third: they use Kelly Blue Book values as the trade in approximate value. Would highly recommend this dealership over a few other NH Toyota dealers. McGee has a winning formula, no pressure, Nick doesn't pressure and was totally upfront. Never saw or needed to see any sales manager. He showed me all the controls and features. Actually drove 4runner out of the showroom floor, put plates on it and drove home that day.”
