“The staff were extremely friendly! when the vet and vet tech walked in the room they immediately sat on the floor to get on the same level of my very anxious little dog to make him feel more comfortable and safer. They loved on him and worked quickly and safely to get his shots done. I felt the prices was very reasonable, and they were all very informative! I would highly recommend them!”

He comes from his clinic in Candia, New Hampshire, once a week on Tuesdays to see small animals in Pittsfield. He's got a very gentle way with animals and he's very good at what he does!”

While I was there I asked if tge could look at my Golden Retriever ears they did without an appointment. Thank you to tgecstaff and tge doctor. I've been going there for 17 years and they will always be my dogs doctors and staff. Thank you everyone.”
“I took my German Sheperd here this morning for her annual visit. I've been wanting to change vet's for awhile now. I have nothing negative to say. Everyone was super friendly as soon as we walked through the door. My dog liked everyone as well which is great. A visable sign was that she laid down on the floor and sighed deeply while waiting for the vet to come in. They were very thorough, answering questions and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable there. I definitely will be remaining here for my dogs care!”

“Northwood Veterinary Hospital is by far the best practice I have ever been to! The staff and doctors are as sweet as can be! They listen and care about what your pets needs are. They take your opinions into consideration. They will find the best solution for your pet that will please both parties! I just recently had my cat, Shadow, in for a Cystotomy and PU procedure due to continuous urethral blocking. Everyone here cares, not just for the pet, but for the owners as well. They understand that cost can be a huge issue with surgeries, so they worked with us on a pricing! The doctors did everything in their power to make sure Shadow was comfortable throughout his surgery and hospital stay. They thoroughly explained the surgery process to me and made sure I had no concerns. They were amazing during the 2 week healing process, always answering my questions and emails as soon as they could. Supplying me with aftercare pamphlets that were beyond helpful! They were also willing to schedule aftercare check ups as soon as I needed them! I can’t thank Northwood Vet enough! They saved my cats life!! He’s doing better than he ever has before!”
