“Place is nice, staff as well as residents are kind and helpful. Shout out to Rachel who is awesome, the other staff as well. Oh the maintenance guy is super knowledgeable and nice. So far it's been a great experience, it's pricey but where isn't. Any issues I've had with my apartment has been resolved quickly and efficiently.”

My first apartment was okay but when I knew what I was doing and where to look, I searched and searched and couldn’t be happier with Residences at Manchester Place. Haley always has a smile on her face and she knows who everyone is. The duo of her and Ellie is dynamic and they both radiate positive energy and a joy to be “at home” with. The Maintenance team of Julio, Juan & Julio is timely and knowledgeable and makes sure you never pass by without them greeting you. The apartments are clean and renovated & the location is perfect! Don’t skip out on the pool table and the rooftop deck as well. 15/10 I highly recommend!!”

Maintenance is great, leasing office responds kindly and timely to emails and takes care of any issues that arise along with handling the issues professionally. We enjoy using the dog bath area and all the amenities that the property provides. The insulation seems to be very poor but other than that - the apartment itself has been a great place to live.”

He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly, which honestly helped me make an informed decision about transferring to another apartment within the community. He was more informative than anyone else I had spoken with, even more so than one of the office workers that I was discussing the possible transfer with!”
