“I had a great, recent experience with Granite State Glass - Hudson for a Subaru windshield replacement and recalibration of Subaru EyeSight. The employees at the Central Auto Glass Department at Granite State Glass were a pleasure to do business with - - professional, efficient, accomodating, and caring - - as were the staff of the Granite State Glass office/shop in Hudson, NH. I had no face to face contact with the Hudson office/shop staff, I talked to two kind ladies from that office, on the phone; they could not have been more helpful, or professional. It has done nothing but rain since I picked our car up, so, I really can't go over the car with a fine tooth comb, since the windshield was replaced, but, everything that I do see, so far, looks like a flawless repair. What a privilege to be a customer of Granite State Glass, as opposed to that House of Horrors at Safelite Glass Repair. Every aspect of my multiple encounters with Safelite were horrifying, including a sloppy windshield installation, failing to move the motor vehicle inspection sticker over from the damaged windshield to the new one (and failing to take ownership for their failure to move the inspection sticker over), and then, a centralized Customer DIS-Service Department at Safelite's Corporate Headquarters, that was entirely useless. Oh, I forgot to add, that Safelite screwed up their recalibration of the Subaru EyeSight, and I had to make an additional trip back to Safelite to get that fixed. I can't say enough GREAT things about Granite State Glass. Conversely, I can't say enough HORRIBLE things about Safelite. Those Safelite people are unscrupulous business people.”

“Brought my 4 month old Scrosstrek in for body work after an accident. The car itself is back to looking new and the people at the shop were great to work with. Despite it being done through the holidays, the people I dealt with were very accommodating and their process made for a very smooth experience. I dropped my car off, was handed the keys to a very nice rental on site and waited to hear back on the repairs being completed. The accident was just one more thing to deal with but they couldn't have made the process any easier. Thanks guys!”
