I have been a customer for over 6 years. I buy the EXACT same brand of Juul pods every time. For the second time in as many weeks a veteran cashier has given me the wrong type, and placed them in my bag with my other purchases so I am unaware until I arrive at my home. The cashier should display the product to the customer BEFORE placing it in the bag to verify that they have grabbed the correct one. I purchase my gas at the store and my other grocery items. Looking for a new one now.

Horrible experience!!! The "store manager" is on some sort of power trip and turned away 2 veterans after making up some law that we questioned. Extremely rude and needs to learn what customer service is.

I bought 3 $2 granite state jackpot tickets, only the bar codes showed up no numbers. After I bought them I said I didn't want them., she told me to check them, then all of sudden she checked in a couple of seconds saying they were losers, I didn't hear then go through the machine,she was more interested in getting rid of me, because of the line behind me. I could have won but I'll never know, she could have kept the money. She was very rude and unprofessional.

I would give 5 stars to the staff. However, the smell of the inside of the gas station is unsanitary. This is not a joke when I say this. It smells like burnt bloody rotten egg diarrhea and vomit. I was a customer for almost 10 years until this disgusting odor came along. The smell is so bad you start to get a deep burning sensation inside your sinuses. The staff is great though from who I knew was or still is there. Management claims to have been in contact with corporate over the smell but can't get any help over the drain that smells. Either way, I do not like coming here due to the smell. I remember one day the smell was so horrific I started dry heaving and almost vomited within the first ten seconds of being in the store. I will go anywhere else that doesn't have deals on my favorite products just to avoid the smell of the store. Corporate should seriously take an unannounced drop-by just to check out how horrible it is. I know the staff knows me and will be seeing my name on the review but I don't care. Take care Circle K team members.

The store might look good but a company is only as good as it's people and the manager was super rude and unhelpful. 10/10 will never step foot in there again. Awful.

Doesn't matter if it's rush hour or snail hour, this place only has 1 person on the register. Line is always out the door. How hard is it to open another register? U guys are in one of the busiest spots in Derry, maybe you should have 2 people on register... ?

Doors locked. Sign says be back in 10 minutes. Been waiting 20. Losing a lot of business as people are leaving.

No one is required to wear masks, was in there wearing a mask and everyone else had no mask and were not social distancing. Boycott Circle K until everyone wears masks

Used to be my favorite spot if I needed something quick. However now it's poorly managed and perpetually understaffed so it's faster to just run all the way into town and go to a grocery store. Lines often reach all the way to the back of the store, with only a single register open most of the time. Avoid if you're in a rush.
