Our regular pharmacy didn't have a product and it was on back order so they faxed the script to this CVS. Several hour later I called and was told to give them 60 min to complete the order. I arrived at the store 100 min later. The cashier said my script wasn't ready to give them 30 to 60 minutes more. There was no-one behind me in line so I was the only customer there at the time. I told her that I was promised this would be ready 40 min ago. She said she would check, I'm sure your systems showed it was filed just not yet put on a shelf by last name. She easily found my script, brough it over to me with an attitude. Your system checked my phone number and when I corrected it and entered my new number the screen went thru a few questions. When it got to the one where it said it would send me marketing and promotions emails and calls my options were \\\\\\\"yes\\\\\\\" or \\\\\\\"print details\\\\\\\" I asked her where the \\\\\\\"NO' button was she said I had to hit print then yes then instructions on how to \\\\\\\"opt out\\\\\\\" would be on the printing. I said that is very wrong she replied \\\\\\\"I'll talk to the CEO about it\\\\\\\"

Extremely rude pharmacy employee's . You call to see if it's ready and they are so rude about time and when to pick up, tried to ask how much and they all ready hung up. No good by, no see you soon, if your not happy with your job then leave , plenty of good people are looking for jobs, so sad

Good deals, good staff but very difficult parking lot.
