This is the 2nd time we've had the opportunity to work with Joan Collins. She is so knowledgeable, outstanding design consultant and fun. I took in a cabinet door and a sample of my countertop and she recommended 4 different options. Matched each with my samples and it was clear which way we needed to go. Then I changed countertops and called Joan again to see if what I had selected would work. She highly recommended a different approach. She took the time with us - we weren't rushed. Appointments are needed. Even if there is no one in the store, it doesn't mean she doesn't have a future appt. Don't pass up an opportunity to work with her - I can't visualize the end product - so she helped me tremendously. 5 years before we consulted her on our bathroom - again exceptional support. Love her design recommendations.

My husband and I had a poor experience at this showroom. Our contractor sent us to this showroom to find tile for our pool house. On our first visit, there was a woman in her office and she blatantly ignored us. After 10 minutes or so of no one coming to help us, I spoke up and asked her for her assistance. She was clearly annoyed and asked us who sent us because they weren't open to the public. We responded with "our contractor" and provided his name. She then assisted us without further questioning. We went a second time and saw the same lady assisting another couple. We patiently waited (15 minutes) and not a word from her until she finally said, "Do you have a quick question?" I responded with "No, it's not quick so we will wait" and she then stated that she is by appointment only. At this point we were very frustrated and I reminded her of how we were treated during our first visit and why she is just telling us after being in the store for 15 minutes or so that we needed an appointment. That is something that she could have asked us upon our entry when she greeted us which never happened. I can't help to feel there was more to why we were treated the way were. I do not recommend this business. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere and received stellar customer service.

My experience at Daltile has been excellent over many, many years! I have done numerous projects sourcing thru my contractor(s) using Daltile at competitive pricing. This is a wholesale operation catering to contractors, not a retail store where I could just walk in for service, but I could always look in their showroom without an appointment or before and after an appointment. The key for me has been to engage with a good contractor willing to work with me and for me to make an appointment for design services before showing up. I've been patient, they are often very busy serving their primary customers, the contractors who are picking up tile, etc. and who send their customers like me to get design advice there. I've gotten to know the people there and have been greatly rewarded by experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and very creative people up to date on the most recent trends and their products, and who go the extra mile and provide excellent service through my contractor. The bathrooms and kitchens and floors I have done with Daltile products and their design ideas and support have dramatically improved the marketability of my properties.

This place is a joke. Read the other star reviews. We went in after calling with no indication that an appointment was needed. We go in and there was 0% customers there. We asked if we had an appointment and we said No, we did not know we needed one. Instead of helping us on site they try to push us away and set up an appointment for next week? What an absolute disappointment. Never use this distributor! Thats how they are going to train and allow a culture like that? Lost a customer for life.

You've got to be kidding me. Give it up people on this plandemic stuff. I pulled up and the door was locked. Called the impersonal number on the hand written sign in the parking lot and got this. (Me) why is the door locked," rude lady who likes to get paid from this pandemic for for doing less and getting paid the same " (lady) because we have been a lock down for 3 months. So let me get this , these people standing inside the store haven't gone home to any other human contact for three months. You guys are a joke! And I hope (I and I'm sure it will ) your business fails. I went up the street to a dealer in Manchester to buy my 2800 square feet of tile for my office that is booming and dealing with the public every day with no false claims of a plandemic.

Online hours say you’re open. We make the trip and you’re closed. Time is valuable and your negligence is unacceptable in my opinion.

Left several messages to make an appointment and received no return calls. Stopped in today and was completely ignored by all employees. They didn't even make eye contact. What a weird time.

The worst experience in a tile store!!! This place is the worst, we were in here twice - once to pick out floor tiles about 1.5 years ago and hated the experience, and the second time to place a special order for vintage tiles 1 month ago. Both times we HATED the experience here. There is no one who deals with new clients, you wait a MINIMUM of 1 hour to be acknowledged and when you go to pick up the tiles that you've already paid for, they tend to their "regular" contractors ahead of you (regardless of them having come in after you) and chat them up while you wait. It is NOT worth dealing with this place or the people. We will not be going back to this place again.

I was warned by other professionals about this place but I wanted to get good tile at a contractor retail price. It was a mistake. This place is a joke. Tile 2 weeks late. 5 unreturned phone calls. 1 Showroom visit, 1 wtf is my order visit, 1 here's my credit card info again visit, 1 pickup my tile visit (I assume my order will be either incomplete or incorrect assuming they stay to form), 1 follow up visit. All this for under 200sf of tile... Joan (Showroom lady) doesn't return phone calls or follow through. I left several messages (unreturned) after making selections with her in the Showroom. I had to send a guy on our first promised tile arrival date to go down there and straighten out the situation. He left and the order was still not processed. I called the desk guy Pat several times and each time (4-5) I was promised a return phone call as he "figured it out". I never heard back and had to constantly follow up with him as he had to call suppliers to see where the tile I was sold would be available, every time he hadn't had even made the call. After I was told the order was processed and I had a delivery date I received a credit authorization form that had to be filled out first before my order could be processed. So another line of bullshit and I'll have revisit again and I've them my info for a second time. Don't bother with these clowns, you don't matter to them and their company is a joke.

Very unpleasant staff, the women in the tile showroom has no respect for customers. A waste of time if you are shopping for counter tops or tile. There are so many better places to do business with.
