Couldn't hear a word I said over the phone. Had to waste a half hour of my life repeating information. Lesson learned. Never again at this location. One pizza looked like it was transported on its side.

Today was the 3rd time i ordered and paid extra for a pan pizza and got a hand tossed instead. When I called to let them know they denied it and flat out refused to fix. Never again. Buyer beware.

I ordered the cheese steak baked sandwich. Worse sandwich ever. The one thin slice of "meat" was grey and disgusting. Plus the sandwich was burned. I will never, never eat here again!

I don’t know why I thought it was a good idea to get a salad from here but just know stick to the pizza. Salad was pre made and lettuce brown. Couldn’t eat it. Pizza was good

So I ordered a pizza last night and when it arrived it was not what we ordered. I called and I was first left on hold for a good ten minutes and when I got to speak to "someone in charge" I was told he would credit my account. He was rude and rushed and did not ask my name. Just told me "they were slammed" and said would give me credit, not enough mind you to cover what I just paid for something I couldn't eat. As of this afternoon I have not heard or seen anything that shows they care about the customers they screwed over..........Will NOT use this store ever again, I suggest you don't either........

Been ordering from here the past couple of years and it appears to be run rather well. I order via the app on my iOS device and the service has been prompt and delicious.

If I could give less than a star I would customer service is absolutely horrible. I had a girl tell me she was the manager but ended up saying that she talked to the manager so I’m kind of confused, she was trying to tell me I called her twice when I only called her once and she told me she took my initial order when she did not tell me I was ordering things I didn’t and they told me everything is recorded so I said OK fine let me hear my recording she was oh I don’t have access to that and then said give me your credit card and I’ll send over the sauce. I will never use them again nor will I ever give them my credit card. I’m going to keep checking my bank because I don’t trust them. Absolutely rude she was telling me I’m talking so let me talk

we phoned at 5:45pm and the pizza came COLD and arrived an hour and a half later and we ordered cookies along with it. they didnt show up and then they said they would be 15 minutes. these arrived an hour later. i will NOT be ordering here again!!!!

I have had good pizza and bad rushed pizza from here. I do not order often, the last two times the food has been great. good. They must have gotten good help! The pizza I eat is normally wood or stone fired. This is second best
