“Darlene was an amazing individual to work with! Her organization and attention to detail is amazing! Darlene met with us several times in person and via phone throughout the wedding process to iron out details, etc. Darlene met every one of our requests and provided suggestions along the way to help make the day a success. Two moments that stick out in particular is when I discussed with her the ages of our ring bearers (6,3 and 11 mos.). I mentioned the 11 month old has some severe allergies. She recommended using silk florals/succulents for all ring bearers’ boutonnières to avoid any potential risk of allergies, or if the 11 month old tried to eat the boutonnière! Another moment that stuck out to me was her always ready with a “plan B”. We were hoping to have our ceremony outside, but depending on weather, we understood it may need to be inside. Throughout the entire process, Darlene always had an option “and if it’s inside we will do this, or that, or a combination”. We ended up having our ceremony inside and Darlene stayed to help with the room flip to make sure our vision and plans we discussed were done fully and correctly. Darlene exceeded our expectations in terms of flowers and centerpieces! So many guests that night commented on how beautiful the floral arrangements were! Thank you Darlene and Anne’s Florals!”

“I was looking for something unique for the floral centerpieces for my brother-in-law's celebration of life, and the wonderful owner of this beautiful flower shop allowed me to peruse her back cooler and select the perfect stems. She also answered my phone call after hours when I had a question about how to arrange and store the stems overnight. I absolutely recommend this hidden gem if you need anything flower related!!”

“Mums Flowers & Gifts created the most beautiful sympathy arrangement; I was very, very happy with it. I talked to the owner, and we reviewed the look I wanted (white and blue flowers, with a little bit of yellow, in a basket). The arrangement she created could not have been prettier, and she was a pleasure to speak to. It was important to me that the flowers I was sending were special and lovely, and they were, by far, nicer than the ones created by other Salem florists. I don't usually write reviews but the work was so good I want to spread the word!”

“My vehicle died and I coasted onto their property . I explained my situation to one of the workers inside and she was understanding , kind and accommodating, letting me fill containers of water to fill my radiator. 5 hours of not being able to find a friend to come get me . I started my 6 hour walk home to Nashua in tears . I only got a mile down the road when a well dressed man in a nice clean car slowed and asked if I needed a ride . After telling him my series of unfortunate events he informed me he owned freshwater farms where my truck sat dead . He then orders me an Uber while we chatted briefly. He had mentioned he had an event to attend shortly ,so I thanked him again and smiled as he went about his evening . maybe 5 min passes and I see him pull back next to my truck where I was waiting for the Uber . The owner had turned around to give me 40$ so if needed I could Uber myself back to my truck in the morning and not stress about finding a way back . This is how they treated a complete stranger that was not even a customer ! Amazing , kindhearted people to lift me up when I was so down . Speaks volumes of character, type of man we hope our children become as adults . thank you so much for all that you have done for me today . Brian C”
