Very friendly and helpful. They did our taxes quickly and got us the most money that we could get back. The drop off option was awesome they just call you when they are ready.

This was my first time going to Paula at H & R Block in Derry, NH, , I had four years of taxes to catch up on for myself and my parents. I wasn't looking forward to dumping 4 years of paperwork on her desk, but she never gave me any indication she dreaded it. I was always met with a smile and kind words. I couldn't believe how fast she completed it all, she was very helpful and really knowledgeable about the tax laws. She always made me feel at ease and she took me step by step through the whole process. At the end I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill because I was used to paying double! I would recommend H & R Block to everyone!!
