I went for an inspection and needed new tires. They put new tires on my car and the manager told me to drive it a little bit and the tire sensor fault light would go off... It never did. They are now telling me they can't fix it and I need to go to a tire place or dealership because they don't have the tools to fix it. So now I need to pay someone else to fix something that was never broken in the first place. I'll never go back to this place again for service and will be in contact with their corporate office to rectify to bill I'm about to receive to fix the damage they did.
I would have preferred they told me they don't have to proper tools to do tires when they told me I needed them. I never would have had them done there. Super upsetting.

I went in for a synthetic oil and filter change. My receipt says that the transmission fluid was checked, my car doesn't even have a transmission dipstick. The Floors were not vacuumed ! I was in and out in 12 minutes. They should take a little more time and check everything that is on their list for $106...Service: Oil change

I went today 11/24/2023 arround 2:00pm to do my car inspections and was no car in the bay and the lady came out and tall me that she was unable to do it because I need to make a appointment's and she didn’t have anything until next week when the website said service and inspection no appointment needed so in what part I got lost what I saw on the website it’s by appointment or first come first serve and if is by appointment they need to change the websitePlease
