Great work done at reasonable prices. Extremely friendly, always a joy. I would highly recommend for dry cleaning, and laundryWe take our white down comforter there each spring and can't wait to put it back on the bed in the fall.

I’m with the first 2 reviewers. It’s simply not worth the risk. Don’t fool yourself into thinking that the owner is willing to have a conversation. He’s an unreasonable, class-A j**** Support a different, kinder local business with your dollar.

Was a first time customer and brought in 5 suit/pant combo's in for dry cleaning. I brought the clothes home earlier this week and discovered that one of my suits (the suit I wore at my own wedding!) had a different pair of pants. It is a black Calvin Klein suit and I received a pair of black Banana Republic pants back with the suitcoat. I had never seen these pants before and they did not come close to fitting.
I first called the location and spoke with the owner. He explained he has never had this issue before and proceeded to explain his system of marking the clothes to ensure this does not occur. Unfortunately for me, this does not do anything to remedy that I do not have the matching pants to my suit coat. So I proceeded to drive to the location and spoke with the owner directly.
He did take the time to look through the clothes they had dry cleaned to see if my pants were there, but there was no luck. The owner then explained that it is possible that my wife (who had dropped the clothes off) must have made the error and that maybe the pants were friends or family's. I had gone through our entire closet prior to driving over and confirmed that we hadn't simply dropped off the incorrect pair.
When it became clear there was going to be no solution offered from the owner, I asked if I could be refunded, which he refused. And then he doubled down on saying that it is likely my wife had made a mistake in dropping these pants with the suitcoat. Extremely insulting. Overall, I would say this it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've dealt with and would advise everyone to steer clear of this location. There are enough dry cleaners in a close distance to make going to another place worth it.
